The HOUSEFIT ASTRA is one of the most popular models in this price category. The trainer has a large frame with robust elements, the handlebars and saddle can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. All this allows the machine to be used by people with a height of up to 200 cm and a weight of up to 150 kg. The 20kg flywheel and robust construction make it a popular model for commercial use, schools, hotels, clubs and other public environments. This model is very quiet, has high strength ball bearings in the centre assembly which together with the use of a mechanical friction brake, allows for smooth load adjustment. The load can be adjusted from minimal, no load, to extreme, where the machine cannot be moved at all. The brake is equipped with a fuse to stop the rotation immediately, as the machine is not equipped with an idler, it is therefore not possible to stop pedalling spontaneously.
The computer, which is part of the machine, measures all the necessary basic values, time, distance, speed, calorie consumption. It is equipped with an internal receiver for measuring heart rate with a chest heart belt, which can be purchased separately ( not included ). Thanks to which you can monitor your heart rate.
