Why should I even exercise while taking a fat burner?
Again, the reason why you should exercise while taking a fat burner is quite simple. You will increase your caloric expenditure, which is essential for fat burning, and combined with the right fat burner, you are halfway there. Don't be fooled though, it doesn't have to be strength training by any means. On the contrary, it is rather inappropriate.
Of course, any activity counts, but for fat burning, some form of cardio is much better, which most bodybuilders include in their post-workout diet. This can be a fast walk on the treadmill, walking up the stairs, or even a simple walk in the woods. But any activity increases caloric expenditure, so it is better than just sitting at home.
When and how to use fat burners?
If you are going to play sports while using fat burners, it is easy to use them. The ideal timing is roughly 25-30 minutes before sporting activity. From my own experience, I recommend taking each fat burner based on the manufacturer's specifications. It is necessary to wash down the dose with enough water each time to ensure maximum use of the substances.
If you are not planning any sporting activity on a given day, it is advisable to take this supplement first thing in the morning because of its ability to stimulate metabolism. However, taking it on an empty stomach can cause nausea and abdominal pain, so I would prefer to take it with or after a meal. Burners are equally inappropriate in the evening, when their stimulants can reduce overall sleep quality and prevent falling asleep.
