1. Read the gym rules and regulations
Before you start working out, it would be advisable to read the gym's operating rules carefully. Otherwise, your first visit to the gym may also be your last.
While in some gyms , loudly putting down the weights will get you banned, in others it is almost an unwritten obligation. The same goes for using magnesium or exercising without shoes. If you read the rules before entering the gym, you can avoid any potential complications.
2. Use a towel
The following rule is absolutely simple, but extremely important. Always use a towel when exercising. It ' s not just about you and your comfort, but you won't leave a pool of sweat on the bench and others will find it much easier to work out.
If you accidentally forget to bring a towel, don't hesitate to ask at the gym, in most cases they will be happy to lend you one for a small fee.
3. Put the dumbbells back in their place
Another very important rule is putting the dumbbells and discs back in their place. After all, there's nothing worse than having to clean up weights that someone left loaded on the machine before the actual workout. Every disc you use for exercise has its place in the gym, so it would be a good idea to return it to it after you've finished exercising.
4. Warm up before and after your workout

From my own experience, I recommend not to underestimate the choice of a sparring partner and always choose someone who has worked hard in the gym. over a guy who tells you about his Friday night experiences between sets.
11. Don't worry about the unnecessary
The last important rule is nothing more than that you should avoid dealing with uselessness. When you go to work out, try to focus on your weight training as much as possible, don't addressproblems at work, computer games, or plans for Friday night between sets. Try to concentrate only on the workout and attend to other things afterwards.
