I wanted to make a simple recipe for a healthy gluten-free and lactose-free protein bun that would be high in protein and low in carbs. Among other things, this one fits into a reduction diet, e.g. when you have a sweet tooth and can't do without your favourite fruit. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I do! :)
Nutritional values(1 part of 8 contains):
- 26g protein
- 13g carbohydrates
- 30g fat
Ingredients:
- 200g almonds natural or hazelnuts
- 100g flaxseed
- 100g coconut
- Baking powder
- 250g lactose-free cottage cheese
- Pudding without added sugar
- Stevie
- 4 eggs
- 400ml lactose-free yoghurt
- Two scoops of vanilla protein
- Rum essence
- 200g plum and cinnamon schmacone
- Cinnamon
Procedure:
Finely grind 200g almonds or hazelnuts and 100g linseed. Add 100g coconut and 4 eggs.
Make snow with egg whites and add: baking powder, one curd, one vanilla custard, stevia, rum curd, 400ml white yoghurt and two scoops of vanilla protein powder.
Mix everything together and add one grated plum. Garnish with sliced pear and raisins, or sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.

Hey! Hey! I'm Mirek and I've been working at World Fitness almost since the beginning, except for a small break. But before that I lived only in the gym for a few years, doing deadlifts and power triathlon, going to competitions and winning a few medals.
Probably the one I value the most is the national record in the WUAP federation. But besides working out, I was also interested in food and supplements, I liked to enjoy my free timeI used to read different researches and professional books in my free time to know as much as possible.
