Today we have prepared a delicious kiwi cake for you.

Ingredients:
- 400 ml of yoghurt
- 2 cups of fine oatmeal
- 1 cup - water or coconut milk (to taste)
- 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein - I recommend CFM Pure Performance, which is one of the best whey proteins in our comparison
- Gingerbread baking powder
- Honey or stevia to taste
- Cinnamon
- 2 whole eggs
Procedure:
- Soak1/2 of the oatmeal in water or milk for 12 hours and grind the other half.
- Stir everything together and pour onto a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with fruit. You can use any fruit you like, I used apricots, kiwi and a few raisins.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C. Then let cool.
