Protein kiwi cake

Today we have prepared a delicious kiwi cake for you.

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml of yoghurt
  • 2 cups of fine oatmeal
  • 1 cup - water or coconut milk (to taste)
  • 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein - I recommend CFM Pure Performance, which is one of the best whey proteins in our comparison
  • Gingerbread baking powder
  • Honey or stevia to taste
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 whole eggs

Procedure:

  1. Soak1/2 of the oatmeal in water or milk for 12 hours and grind the other half.
  2. Stir everything together and pour onto a lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with fruit. You can use any fruit you like, I used apricots, kiwi and a few raisins.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C. Then let cool.
