Today we'll show you how to make a simple, high-protein pudding, suitable for breakfast or any other part of the day. You will only need a maximum of 15 minutes to prepare it.
What we will need
- 20g of vanilla protein, we recommend something like Pure Elite CFM, which we detailed in our review.
- 25g of chia seeds
- 10g coconut
- 70g white yoghurt 3, 7% fat
- 25g banana
- 25g blackberries
- 30g of peanut butter, perhaps one of our best peanut butters
- 5g of at least 85% chocolate
- Flavdrops or other sweetener

TIP: The best protein supplements (e.g. for recipes) can be found here.
Procedure:
First, thoroughly mix 20g of protein in 150ml of water, then add 10g of coconut and 25g of chia seeds. Leave the latter to swell for about 10 minutes. During this process, stir everything occasionally and the pudding is ready. Wasn't that a piece of cake?
Now, I'd recommend grabbing a taller jar (or a bigger jar) so you can see how pretty this dish actually is! And layer!
On the bottom of the jar is 70g of yogurt (mixed with a little sweetener if needed, I used vanilla Flavdrops), on top of the yogurt about 10g of whippedblackberries, now it's time for our macro-friendly plain pudding and on top of that, whatever we have left. Peanut butter, banana, chocolate and the rest of the blackberries.
Of course, there's no limit to creativity, so feel free to layer as much as you like, or you can use other things like nuts, butterscotch and other fruits, it just changes the nutritional value.

Why can you trust us?
Hey! Hey! I'm Mirek and I've been working at World Fitness almost since the beginning, except for a small break. But before that I lived only in the gym for a few years, doing deadlifts and power triathlon, going to competitions and winning a few medals.
Probably the one I value the most is the national record in the WUAP federation. But besides working out, I was also interested in food and supplements, I liked to enjoy my free timeI used to read different researches and professional books in my free time to know as much as possible.
