So nowadays, it's easy for almost anyone to sit down within front of the camera and pass on their know-how to viewers and all potential fans. While the initial idea is absolutely brilliant, more and more videos are appearing from authors with zero experience who pass off unverified or false information as fact.
It can be difficult for novice practitioners to discern which channel is providing truly valuable information and which one to avoid. That's why we're bringing you today's article, where we'll take a look at the best fitness channels.
1. Ales Lamka

If you spend a lot of time on YouTube, Aleš Lamka's channel is perfect for you. This physique releases one video every day and in his repertoire you will find a series of questions and answers aboutabout diet and supplementation, very frequent training videos and inspiring interviews with other personalities of our fitness scene.
Unlike many athletes these days, Ales does not and has never used any form of doping, hence all the information he mentions in his videos has great informational value, especially for the natural exerciser.
2. Jonáš Petřík

Another prominent "YouTuber" (although he definitely doesn't consider himself one) is JonáPetřík, the founder of JonasGym in Prague and a man with several years of sports history. If you're looking for really valuable information that someone won't just give you for free, revolutionary insights into many problematic aspects of exercise as well as tips on training layout and improving the technique of basic exercises, Jonáš is the best person ever.
The "minor" downside is that Jonah is too busy to make regular videosYou will have to make do with, for example, one video every three months.
3. Jiří Vacek

Jirka Vacek is a clear proof that extremely valuable information is not always rewarded with the largest number of followers. Although Jirka may seem a bit bland in terms of the Czech YouTube scene, his videos like "How to choose a protein" have a huge informational value, especially for beginner athletes. But even advanced exercisers need not worry that this competitive bodybuilder has nothing to offer them.
Jirka often speaks about the importance of electrolytes and other supplements, which in today'sHe gives useful tips on training and proper recovery. 4. Radomil Vasik

Have you never heard this name before? No wonder. Radomil Vasik is, like the above mentioned Jirka Vacek, a man with extremely great knowledge and many years of experience. His focus is not bodybuilding, but powerlifting. And his results are stunning - at 81kg he registered a total of 680kg at last year's World Championships, still in the junior category. As far as coaching is concerned, Radomil is involved in strength training HC Berani Zlín hockey club and in his coaching career he has already trained over 200 athletes.
The regularity with which the videos come out is also a great advantage. So if you are interested in power triathlon and want to constantly improve your performance, Radomil Vasik's channel is the obvious choice.
5. Jiří Tkadlčík

Another athlete who is undoubtedly worth watching is Jiri Tkadlcik, one of the best strongmen up to 105kg in the world. As in the case of some of the previously mentioned athletes with Jirka, you definitely can't count on the extreme regularity of these videos.
But the information contained is of even more value - for example, advanced exercisers can definitely benefit from the videos on supplementation. In addition to these videos, Jirka also adds videos of his performances from time to time, which will surely be a great motivation for you.
6. PROM-IN channel

A few years ago, few people had any idea who Jakub Enžl really was. Today, however, with almost 30 thousand subscribers, he is one of the best and most popular Czech YouTubers focused on fitness. His repertoire of videos includes everything from weight loss tips to muscle gain mass and proper diet to improving strength performance on basic exercises.
Regularly publishing videos is also a nice perk. Maybe not as active as in the case of Ales Lamka, but at least once a week you will definitely have something to watch.
9. Adam Raw

I wouldn't be surprised if most of you don't know the name Adam Raw. And if he does happen to look familiar to you, you're probably wondering why we included him on our list. Admittedly, there can't be much talk of fitness when it comes to Adam's work, but when it comes to when it comes to proper nutrition and workout tips (not just workout related), his videos are really valuable.
But as in many previous cases, you definitely can't count on releasing videos too regularly.
10. Vasek Mráz

Vasek Mráz is another in a series of athletes who deserve to be much more popular. Although you probably know him from his interviews on the YouTube channel Kulturistika.com, his private channel is also worth watching. Even more so if you' re interested in training, food and a behind-the-scenes look at strongmanwhere he travels with the Czech Grizzly, the strongest man in the country in recent years.
Together they make an absolutely great duo and their videos are guaranteed to entertain. Moreover, you will always have something to watch, because Vasek records videos with iron regularity every week.
11. Aleš Bursa

Aleš Bursa is undoubtedly one of the greatest Czech bodybuilders. Although he's been uploading videos to YouTube for a few years now, he hasn't really boomed(among other things because of his collaboration with Filip) only in the last few months.
Apart from a good dose of ubiquitous motivation you will find in Aleš's videosAleš's videos contain a lot of humility and valuable information about diet, supplementation and proper bodybuilding training.

12. Pavel Beran

You can't mention the greatest Czech bodybuilders and leave out Pavel Beran. In our view, he is a synonym of humility and unadulterated hard work that led him to the professional card. Pavel is not too fond of talking videos, that's why his channel is dominated by videos of extremely hard training sessions, which are simply a joy to watch.
Unfortunately, you will have to wait some time for your regular portion of Pavel's videos.

14. Honza Krasinský (Anabolic Horse)
