Pizza. Perhaps the best food in the world... the most popular cheatmeal and definitely the goodness that my beloved Italy is famous for. We'll show you how to make a lighter version of it at home, without the rising, in today's recipe that you can make with your left foot!
If you want to shine at a party, don't be shy about making these pizzas. You can make up to 22 of these!
Ingredients you will need (about 22 pieces):
Dough:
- 240g wholemeal rye flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white yoghurt
- Egg, salt
- A little water
Filling:
- 100g tomato puree
- 2 aligned teaspoons coconut sugar
- 3 teaspoons water
- Spices (pepper, salt, oregano, dried garlic)
- 100g cheese, 5 slices of ham
Procedure:
- In a bowl, mix together wholemeal rye flour, olive oil, 3 heaped tablespoons of white yoghurt, egg and salt. Make a thicker, drier dough and add a little water if desired. You don't have to worry about crumbling at all, it will roll out beautifully anyway.
- Transfer the dough to a rolling pin, then roll the dough into pieces and cut out rounds using a round cutter. The advantage of this dough is that you don't need (almost) any flour to flour the rolling pin. I work on a silicone mat and therefore don't need to use an extra gram of flour. :)
- Once you have the rounds cut out, transfer them to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. I made about 22 patties. I then prepare sugo for these by mixing tomato puree with water, a little coconut sugar and spices. I then spread this on each roll, take 1 packet of sliced cheese (I use Eidam 30%, but definitely you can use mozzarella) and about 5 slices of ham, and I'll coat each roll accordingly.
- Finally, I sprinkle them all with oregano and put them in an oven preheated to 200°C to bake for about 12 minutes.
- Then we just enjoy the thin, crispy dough and the delicious taste of Italy at home! :)
Enjoy your meal and have a nice day! Don't forget to share your creations on Instagram with #svetfitness.

Why can you trust us?
Hey! Hey! I'm Mirek and I've been working at World Fitness almost since the beginning, except for a small break. But before that I lived only in the gym for a few years, doing deadlifts and power triathlon, going to competitions and winning a few medals.
Probably the one I value the most is the national record in the WUAP federation. But besides working out, I was also interested in food and supplements, I liked to enjoy my free timeI used to read different researches and professional books in my free time to know as much as possible.
