Ingredients
- Natural: Instantized extruded oat flour
- With flavour: Instantized extruded oat flour, cocoa powder (only for flavour: Chocolate&coconut, nougat&caramel, peanut butter cookies, chocolate, banoffee), acidity regulator: citric acid (only for flavour: strawberry&yogurt, berry, lime&yogurt), natural and nature-identical flavouring, colour: (strawberry & yoghurt and wildberry flavour - beetroot extract; lime & yoghurt - curcumin), sweeteners: steviol glycosides, sucralose and acesulfame-K.
Preparation:
- Mix 1 scoop of OatMash® (50 g) with 200 ml of hot water or milk. Mix everything well with a tablespoon. Wait 2 minutes. You can flavour the porridge with honey and garnish with fruit or nuts. You can vary the thickness of the porridge according to your needs.
- Oat drink: mix 1 scoop (50g) with 300 ml of water or milk. Use a blender or hand shaker. You can also mix OatMash® with your favourite protein shake.
