ChocoNut is an absolute novelty among nut creams from the Czech Virus® brand . The product is based on the same philosophy of using only quality ingredients without any unnecessary things, but it differs from our existing creams mainly in consistency. It is most reminiscent of the well-known hazelnut spread, but differs in the very lowm sugar content (2,5 g per 100 g of product), the use of a higher quantity of hazelnuts and the zero palm oil content. ChocoNut consists mainly of a blend of organic virgin coconut oil, hazelnuts (19%!), peanuts, protein, chicory fibre and cocoa.

We have used this in our protein bars (Coconela Protein Bar, Caramela Protein Bar, Coffeenela Protein Bar) and now in our new ChocoNut cream. It is a product with a texture more similar to the popular hazelnut spreadIt is therefore very suitable for use on pastries, on pancakes, in yoghurt or cottage cheese and other similar goodies. If you prefer a product that is only based on oil and white sugar, ChocoNut is the right choice! The texture depends on the ambient temperature, from the fridge the product will be quite stiff, in the heat it will be more liquid. This is due to the use of organic virgin coconut oil and chicory fibre.
Our product comes from Brno, Czech Republic, where it is produced under strict quality criteria. Peanuts and hazelnuts are delivered fresh every week to guarantee maximum freshness and taste.
Substances under scrutiny:
Organic virgin coconut oil (21%) is cold pressed from the pulp of mature coconuts grown in organic farming. The entire production process takes only a few hours to ensure that the oil retains its excellent quality. No preservatives or dyes are added, it is unperfumed, unrefined and undehydrated.
Hazelnuts (19%) are a good source of fat, protein, vitamin B1, B6 and minerals (especially calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and manganese).
Peanuts (19%) are a natural source of protein and unsaturated fat.
Whey concentrate (15%) is a rapidly digestible source of protein with high biological value. It contains all important amino acids and is rich in BCAA (branched chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, valine).
The vegetable fibre (chicory, 15%) has excellent properties and tastes good at the same time. It also provides excellent nutritional values, high fibre content and minimal carbohydrates.
Natural cocoa with reduced fat content (8%) is produced only by pressing cocoa beans without the use of chemicals. It contains no added sugar and retains all the properties of natural cocoa.
