Soak 1 teaspoon of chia seeds in a glass of water, milk or yogurt and wait approximately 5-10 minutes before consuming to allow the seeds to soak up the water and form a gel around them. The seeds have no taste and can be used in a variety of dishes such as muesli, cereals, salads or baking.
