Low carb workout mash is a fitness food for the most demanding customers. It is a mix of premium protein and peptide sources combined with premium beta-glucan rich cereals. More than half of the protein content consists of branded whey protein hydrolysate optipep, supplemented with native whey protein and micellar casein in the ideal ratio of "fast" and "slow" milk fractions. A smaller amount of carbohydrate is made up of two components of oats and barley. Both cereals are rich in very valuable carbohydrates, vegetable protein and fatty acids. In addition, the special variety of barley we use excels above all in its high content of specific fibre, the so-called "fibre". beta-glucans have many positive effects on the human body. The beta-glucans from barley have been shown to lower blood cholesterol levels. To achieve the desired effect, 3g of beta-glucans should be taken daily. Preparation instructions:
- 4-5 tablespoons (approx. 50 g) pour 130-150 ml of hot water (approx. 85°c), mix thoroughly. after 2 minutes the porridge is ready to eat.
