Sizeandsymmetry protein porridge is the product of choice not only for athletes, but for everyone who wants to eat healthy, valuable and without excess and unwanted substances. Our protein porridges contain a high dose of protein and are best used as a breakfast or snack with a high protein content. The basis of our protein porridges is protein isolate (virtually sugar-free and with minimal lactose) and micellar casein to saturate and gradually release the protein. Protein isolate is the pinnacle of proteins and contains the most quality protein. We have a total of three flavours of protein porridge: yoghurt, coconut and natural.
Mix one proce (2 scoops) of the powder mixture in 150 ml to 200 ml of cold milk (up to a maximum temperature of 50°C). To taste, chopped fruit or nuts may be added.
Whey protein isolate(ISO 90CFM), oat extruded flour, rice instant flour, rice flakes, micellar casein, shredded coconut, flavouring, sweeteners: Sucralose, sweetener derived from the stevia plant.
