Preworkout by Actin has been on the market for a relatively short time, but it has already managed to win its fans in the field of dietary supplements.
The biggest problem is that our Czech market is so full of sleep pre-workoutsand many people don't know which one to choose to really have an effect. You could say that nowadays it is very hard to find a preworkout that really works as it should and that doesn't just rely on ridiculously low doses of functional substances and unnecessarily high doses of caffeine. But I can already tell you that Actin's preworkout definitely did not disappoint.
Where would we classify this preworkout? Will it stand up to competing products such as Agrezz? Did we feel any positive or negative effects after using it? Find out that and much more in today's article.
Content of the review
The manufacturer Aktin has only recently started producing its products and I must say that I follow this brand closely. I think that the Aktin brand in particular has a lot of potential because they are not afraid to differentiate themselves from the competition and you can see that their products really work.It is very commendable that the manufacturer relies on the most gentle and natural way of production. As a rule, it uses natural substances, natural sweeteners and other natural ingredients in its production.
But enough with the introductory words, let's get down to the actual review of Actin Preworkout.
A thoughtful formula that makes sense
The most represented ingredient in the formula we find L-citrulline malate, which is found here in absolutely sufficientSpecifically, it is 8g of L-citrulline malate per one dose of Preworkout, i.e. 15g of the product. L-citrulline malate is present here mainly because of the blood supply to the muscles during training, thanks to which we will feel the contraction of muscles during repetitions much better, we will be able to train longer and more efficiently. It is also a very well known thing that it delays physical fatigue. For us, it is one of the most important substances you should take before training if you are completely serious about exercising.
As the second most represented ingredient here is L-ornithine, which is here in the form of HCL for better absorption. This is found in the preworkout for the reason that it works synergistically with L-citrulline, again improving blood flow to the muscles. Another reason is that it can help with growth hormone secretion. There is a total of 2.5g of L-ornithine per serving, which is a high dose that you won't find in competitors.
The formula also contains choline bitartrate, which plays an important role in brain, nerve and muscle function. It can help with concentration during training, brings mental stimulation and prevents a drop in energy, which will be appreciated not only by athletes. Choline bitartrate also acts synergistically together with caffeine, which is also contained in the preworkout.
In the pre-workout we also find two adaptogens, which appear here in the form of herbal extracts. Specifically, these are Panax Ginseng (ginseng) and Rhodiola Rosea (rosehip). These adaptogens improve quality of life when taken long-term, can help with cardiovascular healthm, give the body much more energy, reduce fatigue, have a positive effect on brain function and much more.
The preworkout also contains L-theanine, which has a positive effect especially on relaxation, cognitive performance, emotional state and concentration. L-theanine again works synergistically together with the caffeine contained.
DMAE helps with the absorption of other substances and may improve mood, mental energy or even memory.
Synephrine acts as a thermogenic fat burner, it works synergistically with caffeine and can preventand can synergize our fat stores as a source of immediate energy during physical exertion. Together with caffeine, it acts as a stimulant and improves a person's metabolism.
As mentioned above, the last place in the preworkout contains caffeine, which is of course here in its natural form, it is therefore much more natural for the body, the onset of the effect is smoother and we will not experience any so called "crash" after the workout. We do not experience a crash (sudden drop in energy).

The preparation is absolutely trouble-free
I followed the manufacturer's instructions when consuming the preworkout. I mixed one dose of 15g in 400 ml of water and everything went absolutely smoothly.
The solubility of the preworkout was at an excellent level, no lumps formed, the preworkout did not foam at all and was immediately ready for consumption.
There was also no problem with the digestibility of the preworkout, I did not experience any bloating or other unnatural conditions in my stomach. It is obvious that the best possible ingredients were indeed used during production.

We were completely surprised by the effect
I consumed the Preworkout about 30 minutes before my workout in a 15g dose and during this time everything started to absorb reliably and I felt energized and full of energy.
One of the biggest effects we feel is an uncompromising pumping of muscles, visible veining and maximum focus on the workout. These are the words I would use to describe the main effects of this preworkout, and for me it is exactly what one needs for a quality workout.
Definitely don't expect any overdone pre-workout that will just give you a headache.
I also tried to reduce the dosage, because I personally have a problem with caffeine and even 200mg is too much for me, thusI adjusted the dosage to 8g, this way I reached a caffeine amount of about 100mg and I have to say that I practically couldn't tell the difference. The effect of the pre-workout was still the same and I couldn't stop wondering, just great.
However, I know that dosage is always very individual, so you will have to find your own optimal dose to suit you.
Convincing orange flavour
With one serving mixed in 400ml, it was my turn to taste the preworkout and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
There is no chemical aftertaste, nothing like that. On the contrary, the preworkout had a nice sweet orange hint that I immediately fell in love with.
Despite the fact that I much prefer the sourer flavors in preworkouts, I absolutely loved this one.I loved it and looked forward to enjoying it again every day before my workout.
Adequate price
The manufacturer produces preworkout in a 450g pack which costs , which we think is a perfectly adequate price for such a high quality pre-workout.
There are up to 30 servings in one whole pack if you stick to the 15g dosage. One dose therefore costs .
I personally tried a smaller dosage of 8g and I have to say that even with such a dosageI felt a very good excitement for the workout and the whole time spent in the gym was simply better quality.
- Preworkout is also sold in only one flavor, orange. I mixed one 15 g dose in 400 ml of water and I have to say that the taste of the pre-workout is great. The taste reminded me of orange syrup Yuppie and the hint of orange is noticeable.
- From my own experience I can say that the effect of the product again pleasantly surprised me.I felt a pleasant fullness of muscles within 40 minutes and I was already pumped after 2 sets.
- Actin Pre-workout is slightly cheaper, you save about on one pack. However, in my opinion it is a different product that has a different primary use than Aktin Preworkout. While the stimulant-free pre-workout will be great for use in the afternoon, theand evening workouts, the pre-workout with stimulants will be appreciated during morning workouts. Feel free to combine both products.
Final evaluation
This brings us to the end. Is it worth investing in the Aktin Preworkout or is it better to get another one? Personally, I think that investing in this preworkout is definitely worth it. I was surprised myself how great this pre-workout actually is.
I have tried many pre-workouts in the past, but this one stands out from the crowd in a way. I will definitely be returning to it in the future, I feel very positive about it and I definitely recommend it to everyone. The Aktin brand definitely did not disappoint me and I got exactly what I expected.
The only thing I would criticize is that not every person wants to take caffeine or other stimulants before every workout, and I am one of those people. So I would welcome it if the Aktin brand would also start producing a preworkout that is completely stimulant free. But that's just my little comment, which doesn't change the fact that in my opinion this preworkout ranks among the absolute top on our market.
