I probably don't need to tell most of you about the hectic days, but I'll start by saying it anyway. It doesn't really matter if you go to the gym from school, work or elsewhere. Rarely does a person have the opportunity to somehow practically carry one measured dose of a supplement, which they then have to fill with fresh drinking water and drink in peace. And carrying an entire half-pound pack of a supplement just for one dose doesn't suit everyone either. That's where CellUp from AMix comes in, which we'll introduce to you in our review today.
Content of the review
The composition is decent, but could be better
First of all, we should say something about the composition. And Cell Up is not bad - first of all, we should appreciate a certain originality, the workwhich makes this supplement a bit different from the plethora of various other supplements. In addition to the well-known beta alanine responsible for the characteristic ear tingling, you will find here, for example, glucoronolactone for maximum concentration, glycerol for proper veining and 250 mg of caffeine, which is a lot compared to most other supplements. But since Cell Up is liquid, it has to be preserved. For this purpose, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate were used, preservatives with relatively high harmfulness scores.
Very practical use
The biggest benefit of Cell Up is definitely its practicality. You don't have to lug around a whole packet of loose powder and risk spilling it, but there's no need to measure anything out either.Just take a 60ml bottle, drink it about 45 minutes before your workout and that's it. The packaging is handy, it fits in any backpack and if you're just on the go or have very limited options for preparing supplements, it will come in really handy.
Taste-wise, there is nothing to complain about
Taste-wise, Cell Up is absolutely delicious. It comes in three flavours and specifically energy, mango and cola. Whichever one you choose, you will get a great taste that absolutely lives up to its name. However, be aware that due to the small volume, the taste is very intense and quite sweet. The concentrated bottle would probably benefit from being diluted in, say, 250 ml of water, but if that's not within your capabilities, you can easily drink it just like that.
It runs like clockwork
Cell Up is actually nothing to fault in terms of effect. Although from my point of view it lacks a good portion of citrulline, it is actually very good supplement that can take your training concentration to a whole new level. Likewise, you'll also notice better blood flow and much more veining. Personally, I would recommend drinking the supplement with a longer interval from your workout - I feel like it didn't start to take full effect until after the aforementioned 45 minutes. At the same time, it's worth adding that due to the high caffeine content, it may also not be the best possible choice for eveningworkouts - then you will rather appreciate pre-workouts without stimulants, to which we have dedicated a separate article.
A relatively pleasant price
Another positive of this supplement is the relatively pleasant price. For one bottle you will pay , which is definitely not much. Especially when you take into account that it is a ready-made supplement, because they are usually a bit more expensive. For comparison - the best pre-workouts on the market usually cost around 40 crowns per dose. On the other hand, such a Nitrox Pump costs only and its effect is comparable.
Conclusion.
What can I say in conclusion? Perhaps only that Cell Up is actually a very good product and in its category it is hard to find competition. If you are on the go or don't have time to prepare a classic pre-workout, it can really come in handy. On the other hand, if you're looking for a traditional bulk pre-workout, you'll find cheaper products that are capable of doing similar magic. Plus, they don't contain preservatives.
