There are few pre-workout supplements that have such a good rating among users as Beast Virus. Well, since you need to constantly rotate your pre-workouts, I decided to put my favorite Agrezz on hold for a while and try Beast.
How is it? How does it taste? How fast does it take effect? Is it even worth investing in it? Find out that and much more below.
Content of the review
Before the actual review, I would like to point out that Beast Virus is part of our top 10 pre-workouts comparison, soif you're interested in a comparison with the competition rather than the review itself, be sure to check out the rankings.
A lineup that is hard to find competition for:
Already the first version of Beast Virus had a formula that was among the best among pre-workout supplements. But when the second version came along and the original formula was enriched with Betaine HCl, Inosine, Beetroot Nitrates and Vitis Vinifera extract, there is absolutely nothing to fault it. So the whole composition of one dose looks something like this:
- 6000mg of citrulline for maximum blood flow
- 3000mg of beta alanine for better concentration for training and gentle burning of the limbs
- 1900mg taurine for proper concentration for training
- 1800mg betaine HCl to improve nutrient utilization and support protein metabolism
- 1000mg inosine for better oxygen transfer in the body
- 750mg of choline for proper memory and better fat emulsion
- 650mg of tyrosine, which acts as a precursor for adrenaline and noradrenaline
- 500mg of beetroot nitrate for maximum muscle blood flow during training
- 200mg of caffeine for better fat burning and maximum concentration for training
- 200mg Vitis Vinifera (grape seed) for better blood circulation and significant antioxidant effects
- 10mg Synephrine for even better fat burning
- 54mg DMAE Bitarate for maximum alertness during training
- 5mg of black pepper, which increases the availability of other substances by 30% to 2000%
If you want to experience real and unadulterated hell in your workout, I can definitely recommend Beast Virus v.2.0. You'll never have to double your doses again, as one will be enough to take your workout to a whole new level.

Easy to prepare
Since all the ingredients of Beast Virus are fully instant, there is no problem with preparation, which is far from true of all pre-workouts. This is because many of them contain insoluble ingredients, and thus you have to keep stirring even after you pour it from the shaker into the glass.
In the case of Beast , just stir it a few times in the plastic bottle and enjoy it in peace. It doesn't settle, doesn't clump and doesn't foam too much.
Fast absorption
In terms of absorption, Beast Virus surprised me very pleasantly. I'm usually used to using pre-workouts at least 20 minutes before a workout, as the individual ingredients take a relatively long time to be absorbed.
In this case, however, I followed the manufacturer's advice and dosed Beast Virus up to 10-15 minutes before the workout. And after just a few minutes, I felt the first facial tingling and eventually other effects coming on.
A taste that doesn't offend, but doesn't excite either
I have never drunk any supplements because of their taste, and thus I usually rate this point very positively. This is more or less true with Beast Virus as well. The taste of tangerine or sour apple and raspberry is not bad, but I certainly can't claim to be overly excited about it.
Remembering how I was recently blown away by the Czech Virus flavor of Probio7 protein, Beast Virus is really weak.
But as I said in the introduction, I never take supplements because of their taste, and with pre-treatmentThis is doubly true with the majority of the ingredients contained in them are naturally bitter.

The price corresponds to the effects
As is the case with most quality pre-workouts, the price of Beast Virus is not too low. On the other hand, if you already decide to invest in these not-quite-necessary supplements, we recommend paying extra for quality rather than shelling out two hundred less for a supplement that won't work.
Overall rating
Overall, I dare to rank Beast Virus just behind Agrezz, which currently has no competition. Since the body is slowly getting used to individual pre-workouts, there is definitely no harm in using Beast Virus as a possible alternative for everyfor every experienced exerciser who needs a boost to his workout and has already got used to strong competitive pre-workouts.
If you decide to invest in Beast Virus, you won't regret it.
