The Big Zone brand is currently experiencing a big boom. This is also why we have already some products of this German manufacturer. All of their products boast great quality ingredients, absolute cleanliness and above all functionality. High quality but somewhat limited ingredients
There are 16 active ingredients in the pack, which belong to the highest quality category. The biggest pluses in the ingredients include:
- a wide representation of B vitamins, which are helpful for the digestion of macronutrients, so they are an absolute "must have" for every athlete
- 400 mg of vitamin C, which is essential for the proper functioning of the immune system and is also essential for musculoskeletal health
- 150 mcg of copper, which is an indispensable element for the proper functioning of the heart, nervous system, muscles and immune system
- Magnesium in the form of citrate, or a bond with great usability and also energizing effect
- 20 mcg of selenium, which helps stabilize thyroid hormone levels and positively affects liver function
- 50 mcg of chromium, which is deficient in headaches, fatigue and restlessness
In addition to the above mentioned substances, Vita-Min Inject contains only calcium, which is insignificant in vitamin supplements because it is sufficiently contained in the normal diet. Fat-soluble vitamins, iron or zinc, for example, are also completely lacking. The absence of these substances is a significant disadvantage compared with competing products.
How to dose correctly?
The manufacturer recommends dosing 2 capsules twice a day. However, most of the key substances are already abundantly contained in two capsules, so it is not necessary to take the remaining two capsules.
If you are a normal eater, you can also take the vitamins in your normal diet and thus excess amounts of these substances would fall on deaf ears. This adjusted dosage will allow one packet to last you a full 3 months.
The price/performance ratio is absolutely excellent
As I mentioned in the introduction, Vita-min Inject is a supplement that offers a lot of music for little money. With a dosage of 2 capsules per day, a daily dose will set you back 6 crowns. Compared to other supplements of similar quality, this is a very good amount indeed. For this price, you get all the key substances you need if you play sports regularly.
If you decide to take 4 capsules a day, the price per daily dose will double, but the value for money will still be very good.
Is Vita-min Inject really useful?
It is not a supplement that can compete with products such as Nexgen or Animal Pak, but even so, Big Zone offers us a really good quality product that you won't spend money on unnecessarily. The quality of the ingredients used guarantees a first class effect.
While taking this supplement, I did not experience any problems with immunity or recovery and my recovery time after training was significantly reduced. However, it is very important to remember that no multivitamin is meant to serve as a cure, but as a prevention. And this function is fulfilled by Vita-min Inject more than well.
Final review
My overall impression of this multivitamin is really good. Of course, it has some shortcomings, such as a lower amount of active ingredients, but its positives clearly outweigh the negatives.
Its biggest plus is undoubtedly its low price. In case you don't mind paying a little extra, I would recommend you to choose one of the of the vitamins that topped our list. But if you're looking for quality at a low price, you've come across the right product.
