Content of the review
At the outset, it remains to point out that we tested this pre-workout for a very long time to be able to notice a longer-term effect. Our detailed evaluation can therefore be found below.
A reputable formula that gets better with each new version
The composition of Brainmax 3.0 is simply fascinating. All the legally problematic ingredients have been removed in the new version, the concentration of some of theThe result is a product that definitely has to be one of the best. Take a look at its composition:
- 50mg of zinc bisglycinate, which contributes to normal protein synthesis, hormonal optimization and carbohydrate metabolism.
- 200mg of Siberian ginseng important for health and performance, blood pressure and normal blood sugar levels
- 800mg of St. John's Wort, which supports normal cardiovascular function, testosterone production and libido.
- 100mg of rhodiola rosea for normal digestion, oxygenation of the heart and blood vessels as well as supporting physical performance
- 400mg of maca peruviana suitable for physical and mental health, fertility and vitality

- 4000mg of creatine monohydrate, which is one of the best pre-workout supplements to support strength and performance in training
- 3mg of bioperine, which aims to improve the absorption of other substances up to several times
From my point of view, the use of zinc bisglycinate is very interesting, whose recommendeddosage is for the relaxing effects of glycine especially in the evening. Otherwise, there is nothing to fault the product because it contains truly functional ingredients in concentrations that are really effective.
A taste that doesn't please too much
When I first tasted Brainmax 3.0, I wondered if I had ever tasted anything as bad. You can only detect the manufacturer's declared flavour of blood orange with great difficulty and a good deal of imagination.
Due to the absence of sucralose, the only sweetener used remains steviol glycosides. The taste is sufficient in terms of sweetness, it just doesn't come across as distinctive or natural. So definitely don't expect a red orange, but as I point out very often, supplements are good to take for their effect, not for their taste. And in the case of Brainmax, it is very good.
Unexpectedly good solubility
With most pre-workouts, it is quite common for individual substances to settle at the bottom. This was definitely not the case with the Branmax 3.0 Anabolic Dagger, which not only went down without any problems when stirred with a spoon, but even settled really minimally.
It doesn't form lumps, it doesn't foam even when prepared in a shaker, and so it can be drunk immediately after mixing. Personally, I used two scoops (roughly 14g) of the product, which I poured over about 250ml of water.
A first-class effect that guarantees a perfect workout
I took Brainmax 3.0 about 20 minutes before my workout and I found it absolutely sufficient. The active ingredients had enough time to be absorbed and the completed workout was really solid. Of course, you can't expect any ear tingling as the product lacks beta-alanine. Nor can you expect extreme arousal caused by the counterproductive amount of stimulants. What you can expect, however, is a very solid blood flow on your workout and an energized body. In the long run, you will definitely notice an effect on hormonal optimization as well, but this is more a matter for people who have longer term issues with hormone imbalances.
The higher price, however, should not discourage fans of quality supplements
As you might expect, one major problem Brainmax 3.0 Anabolic Dagger does have. And that problem is none other than the high price. For 320g of this supplement you will pay , which puts it undoubtedly among the more expensive pre-workout supplements. For one 14g dose you'll pay just over , which is almost double compared to some competing supplements.
On the other hand, there are definitely significantly more expensive supplements, hence Brainmax 3.0 is still somewhere in the middle and if you don't want to save money on a pre-workout supplement at any cost, I would definitely recommend everyone to try it.

Final evaluation
Brainmax 3.0 Anabolic Dagger could be summed up in a single phrase from my perspective. A good investment. That's exactly what it is. Even if you pay a bit more for this supplement than other pre-workouts, it is definitely worth it. The active ingredients are completely different from other supplements, so it's a good idea to alternate it with your pre-workout as well.
