We tend not to test products aimed at quality sleep on our site, as I am a believer that we should allshould build a bedtime routine that slowly prepares us for sleep, relaxes the body and above all is in line with general sleep hygiene. Of course, I'm talking about regularly going to bed at the same hour, blocking out blue light or using electronics an hour or two before sleep, and much more. However, I won't go into that here, that's a whole separate article.
In today's review, you'll find out how I felt about the product, if it really managed to improve my sleep, if I felt any side effects and much more.
Content of the review
So why did I decide to try the product? The reason is simple, I was recently at the end of a long-term pre-race diet and my sleep wasn't as good as I needed, and since I knew that my sleepsleep hygiene was at its best, I decided to improve it in this way and ordered Sleep Faster from BrainMax based on the positive reviews.
I don't think the manufacturer BrainMax needs any introduction. I have been following this brand for a very long time and I have not the slightest doubt about the quality of their products. That's why I thought that if something will work on me, it will be a complex aimed at improving sleep quality just from them.
But enough with the introductory words, let's get down to the review itself.
Ingredients that ensure maximum effectiveness

The ingredients are the most important thing that interested me about the supplement and I must say that this one caught my attention for many reasons. First of all, because it contains substances in a combination that I have never seen in any other brand, whether it is an international or Czech brand.
The most represented ingredient in the composition we find Glycine together with Inositol. Glycine is an amino acid found in the body that has a positive effect on the overall calming of the body in terms ofIt calms and relaxes our body and prepares it pleasantly for the sleep process itself. Inositol is a relatively complex substance functioning on the basis of neurotransmitters, however Inositol can combat anxiety, depression, anxiety, depression.m, calms the body and clears the head before bed, which is appreciated especially stressed-out people who can't switch off at night.
The next most represented ingredient is magnesium, specifically magnesium in the form of Magnesium Taurate, which is bound to the amino acid taurine. Magnesium dosing before bedtime is a well-known and proven fact, the only to mention here is that it works synergistically with Glycine to calm the body.
Last but not least, we find valerian, which is a traditional herb that has been used for hundreds of years to help you sleep better, for anxiety or insomnia.
The last and from my point of view the most interesting ingredient here is the so-called Prunus Cerasus or cherry juice, which is a natural source of melatonin. Melatonin is the body's own substance that is produced after dark every day (night). It acts as a powerful antioxidant, induces a feeling of fatigue, helps to fall asleep faster and also deepens the quality of sleep. However, melatonin secretion is disturbed by daylight or blue light (from monitors)., TV, mobile phones), so it's a good idea to limit these influences before bedtime or get blue light-blocking glasses. A huge advantage is that this melatonin is 100% natural and not synthetically produced in any way. It is therefore a completely natural option for the body and you don't have to worry about it interfering in any way with your own ability to produce melatonin.
Sleep Faster is of course sweetened with the best steviol glycosides (the natural, most body-friendly form of sweetening), which I commend, of course, but I'm not surprised, because I know that quality comes first with this brand.
In addition, natural flavours and natural beetroot extract as a colouring agent have been used in the production process.
High dosage of active ingredients

I agree with this recommendation and from my own experience I have to say thatI myself have never given the full 15g dose, a smaller dose has always been sufficient. If you wake up in the morning and feel more fatigue, reduce your dosage, your body needs to get used to the complex.
Quick preparation, poorer product solubility

When consuming Sleep Faster, I mixed 10g of product (the ideal dose for me) in 100ml of water.
I stirred the drink with a spoon, but it always formed lumps at the bottom, so I must criticize the worse solubility of the mixture. But this is an absolutely minimal detail, which I do not even take as a negative, it has absolutely no effect on the effect.
No foam formed when stirred and the drink was immediately ready for consumption.
I was pleasantly surprised by the cherry flavour.
I didn't want to deal with the flavour of the product at first, because with such aIt seems quite unnecessary for this type of supplement, but I figured a lot of people would be interested in it.

Since I was mixing the dose in about 100-120ml of water, the taste was quite distinct, withIt had a subtle hint of cherry which I really enjoyed every night. (Whether this was due to a long diet or not, I'll leave to your discretion.
The only thing I noticed was that the more water I used in the preparation, the worse the resulting drink tasted. That's why I recommend staying more with 100-150 ml max.
More effective than I thought
I consumed Sleep Faster roughly 30-60 minutes before sleep at a dose of 10g per 100ml of water.
I always gave it on an empty stomach before my last meal to ensure maximum absorption of all the active ingredients.
Within 30-60 minutes after consumption, all the substances began to be absorbed into the body and I got into a pleasantly tired state. I have to admit that I had calmer thoughts and all the stress completely fell away.
However, the very first time I took it, I slightly overdosed and felt really tired in the morning. I debated for a long time afterwards whether I would even try the product again, and after about a week I decided to give it a go. I reduced the dosage to 8g at first and after that dose I slept royally. Since then, I have been sleeping better after Sleep Faster than before, so I recommend starting with a smaller dose first. After a few days my body got used to the complex of substances and I gradually worked up to a dose of 10-12g, which I do not increase any more, because it is fully sufficient for me.
At first glance, the price is high, but is it really?

Sleep Faster is produced by the manufacturer in a 450g pack, which costs exactly 899,-.
When following the prescribed recommended dosage, there are 30 whole doses in one whole pack .In this case, one dose will cost you 30,- ( which from my point of view is not bad at all) .
However, I am convinced that at least 50% of you will have to reduce the dosage anyway. as I do, so one pack will last you for a much longer time, making the whole product cheaper.
Final evaluation
This brings us to the end. Is Sleep Faster worth the investment? From my own experience , it definitely is.
Since my testing lasted several months, I think I've tried the productreally thoroughly and I have to say that it has taken my sleep to a whole new level. I was surprised that I slept perfectly even in the last weeks/days before the competition, which a time when sleep is at a very low quality due to calorie restriction and excessive training. But I dare say that thanks to Sleep Faster I had no sleep problems, which made the product incredibly popular with me. I didn't even feel any negative side effects (except for choosing the right dosage) that I could fault.
Therefore, if you are having trouble sleeping while thinking you are doing everything right (as far as sleepingsleep hygiene) or you just need to perfect your sleep cycle, definitely try Sleep Faster from the brand Sleep Faster. BrainMax. I haven't had such a positive feeling from a tested product in a long time.
