What does the composition of this butter look like?
Making a tasty butter when you don't have to consider the ingredients is fairly simple. But once you start looking at the best quality ingredients, you want to make sure the product doesn't contain unnecessarily too much sugar and other not-so-desirable ingredients, it can get a little more complicated. Chocolate Hill, however, has got it right. Their NuttHillka contains roasted pecans, which is not exactly a standard ingredient. These are further enriched with milk chocolate with no added sugars (which is sweetened with erythritol), cashews and Himalayan salt. We have absolutely nothing to complain about this composition and, on the contrary, it is to be appreciated that Chocolate Hill reaches to less traditional nuts that are hardly used by competitors.
How to use it?
When it comes to using this cream, you have a huge amount of options. When stored at normal room temperature, you can enjoy a consistency that resembles a beautifully thick nougat, so you can conveniently spread the cream on pancakes, pancakes, add it to yoghurt or use it in a variety of recipes. As its taste is very addictive, you will probably eat it gradually, even just by the spoonful - in which case you'll appreciate the relatively low amount of simple sugars.
How does NuttHillka taste?
Apart from the ingredients, taste is one of the most important parameters of any product. And in this respect, NuttHillka will not disappoint you, because we think this cream is absolutely delicious. It is not unnecessarily over-sweetened, but thanks to the aforementioned erythritol, the butter is still not under-sweet. The chocolate flavour is full and intense and, in combination with the aforementioned pecans, makes a truly harmonious duo. The naturally sweet flavour profile is further enhanced by the addition of the aforementioned cashews.
How do we rate the price?
At the time of writing this review, one packet of nut cream comes out to 235 crowns, which is frankly a slightly higher price, but one that reflects the high quality of the input ingredients. After all, pecans alone are a rather expensive raw material, not to mention the high quality chocolate. Ultimately, the price is reasonable for such a great product.
Final assessment: a butter worth trying
In conclusion, all that is left to say is that although butter is relatively more expensive in price compared tocompared to competing products such as the nut butter Šufánek, it is definitely worth a try. Its taste is absolutely irresistible and at the same time the producer manages to keep a very good composition without unnecessary ingredients.
