Nano BCAAs are, according to many exercisers, the best branched chain amino acids on the market. So we decided to try them out and we will share the results of our test with you in the following review.
Are they really as good as they say? Are they worth investing in or is there a better choice? Find out the answers (not only) to these questions in the review below.
Content of the review
At the beginning I would like to point out that Nano BCAAs have become very successful in our test of the best amino acidsso if you're interested in how it fared against the competition, definitely check out our rankings.
The main benefits:
- A revolutionary manufacturing process called nanotechnology
- Excellent absorbability
- Great taste
- Amino acid content is almost 83%
- Contains no fillers or controversial sweeteners

Revolutionary form of instant BCAAs
Nano BCAAs are made using revolutionary nanotechnology. Thanks to this production technology, the product molecules are small enough, which raises bioavailability and usability, fast solubility and maximum absorption is guaranteed.
Unlike many competing products , they are obtained by fermentation from natural sources, so they are also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. As far as other ingredients are concerned, you will not find any accentuating substances or nonsensical binders and additives.

Ideal refreshment for hot summer days
Nano BCAAs have a truly exceptional taste. I have tried all three flavours:
- Pineapple (9.6/10), which I liked probably the most, was pleasantly refreshing and its taste was not artificial or over-sweetened at all. I give it 9.6 out of 10.
- Cherry (8.5/10), which tasted a lot more artificial, but was still acceptable. However, some of the reviewers on other websites complain thatthat it overcooks very quickly, but I have only tried a single sample and therefore cannot judge. Personally, I rate the cherry 8.5 out of 10.
- The sour apple (7/10), which tasted almost nothing, struck me as bland and artificial. That's why I give it only 7 points out of 10.
It was absolutely ideal for me to use ice in addition to water, so that the amino acids would be chilled and their taste would stand out even better.
When and how much to take Nano BCAAs?
When it comes to taking Nano BCAAs, in a single dose, 5g mixed in 150 - 250ml of water is plenty sufficient.
You can take them before training, when BCAAs serve to protect muscle mass, or after training, when they kick-start proteosynthesis and ensure better recovery. It is possible to take both, but for most athletes it is unnecessary.
The price matches the effects
As for the price, for a half-kilogram pack of Nano BCAAs you will pay under normal conditions, which comes out to per dose. While this price is quite high, it is important to note that the quality of the product also matches it.
If you take Nano BCAA only in one daily dose (before or after training, in the back of thedepending on your requirements), the pack will last you for more than 3 months. And it's always better to invest in better quality supplements than to waste money on ineffective ones. Of course, it depends on whether your finances allow it.
Final evaluation
In conclusion, perhaps the only thing left to say is that if you want to maximize recovery, Nano BCAAs are definitely a good choice. Certainly a much better choice than investing in cheaper but low quality and ineffective alternatives.
But it's important to consider whether you need BCAAs at all. Personally, I train six times a week and my workout usually takes around two hours, but I've never needed branched chain amino acids.
