Perfekt Milkshake is a hot new product from Czech Virus, which I could test right from the beginning, since the protein came to the market.
Is its composition really significantly inferior to the premium Pure Elite CFM? How does it compare to such CFM Evolution from Prom-IN? Let's take the protein apart and evaluate it.
Content of the review
I have tried Protein Perfect Milkshake from Czech Virus in several flavours, so I will recommend the best possible variant below. But let's take a look at the ingredients first.
Solid ingredients
This is a whey concentrate processed using a gentle cold method called ultrafiltration. This method produces a high quality, non-denatured protein with a maximum of bioactive fractions that have a lot of healthhealth benefits (improved vitamin absorption, antioxidant effects, support for immunity, neurological function, sleep, etc.).). Unlike CFM, ultrafiltration is a cheaper method, which will have a positive effect on the price of the protein, which will be lower compared to CFM. In terms of the quality of the protein, the difference with CFM will be negligible. There is therefore nothing to fault with the processing of whey.
Two digestive enzymes, bromelain and papain, are added to the protein to break down the protein. This makes the protein even more digestible, while also slightly increasing the usability of the protein.
Sucralose (sweetener), flavourings, colourings, sodium chloride (salt), curd and yoghurt powder, xanthan gum (stabiliser).and thickener) and citric acid (acidity regulator) are excipients which are not harmful to health. In this case, we probably find a little more sweetener than we do in other products we are used to from Czech Virus, but if the company's focus is on creating a great taste, that's something to be reckoned with.

Excellent taste
These are three fruit flavours in this case. I was a little worried about how the protein would taste. It has been my experience that fruit flavours in protein never taste as authentic as chocolate, vanilla or coconut, for example. It should also be noted that very often with fruit flavours, there is a rapid overdrinking. However, Czech Virus did not disappoint in this respect. I'm surprised how perfectly all three flavours succeeded. Whether it's the strawberry milkshake flavor, the lemon wafer flavor, or the yogurt cherry flavor:
- Strawberry Milkshake (8.5/10) was my least favorite of all the flavors, but that's really only in comparison to Lemon Wafer and Yogurt Cherry. In terms of taste alone, it's definitely one of the best strawberry proteins I've ever tasted.
- Lemon Wafer (9/10), I was afraid of this flavor as I couldn't imagine combining lemon with protein. I don't know about you, but it sounds strange to me personally. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I don't like lemon wafers, this flavor excited me and succeeded even more than the strawberry milkshake in my opinion.
- Yoghurt Cherry (10/10) can be described quite simply - the best fruit protein flavour I've ever had. As soon as the protein melted on my tongue, I was reminded of my childhood memories when I felt the exact same taste as Florian yoghurt. All I was missing was a roll to go with it and I would be back in my mind in the schoolroom, snacking on the combination of Florian and a roll. I had 3 other people test these flavours with me and we all agreed that the Yoghurt Cherry really was the best.

Preparation and dosage
There was no problem with the preparation of the protein. It dissolved perfectly without foaming or clumping.
The dosage of the protein cannot be determined directly. It depends on the needs of the person and the total protein intake from the normal meal. This protein can of course be:
- To be taken after a workout
- At any time during the day as a snack for those with high protein requirements
- To sweeten porridges and other healthy treats

The difference between the top Pure Elite CFM from the same brand?
Czech Virus offers their popular Pure Elite CFMwhich, compared to Perfect Milkshake, is focused on excellent ingredients. The difference is in the whey extraction process, with Pure Elite using the CFM method and Perfect Milkshake using ultrafiltration to extract the whey. Pure Elite is also enriched with DigeZyme® digestive enzymes (amylase, protease, lipase, cellulase, lactase and lipase) and LifteinU™(Lactobacillus rhamnosus) probiotic cultures. Pure Elite is not just a pure concentrate, but a 10% isolate, which makes it slightly lower in milk fat and lactose.
Pure Elite CFM is therefore premium quality and suitable for the most demanding. Perfect Milkshake is an excellent choice for any exerciser who needs to replenish quality protein and enjoy protein at the same time.

Affordable protein for all exercisers
For a 2kg pack, you'll pay £949 and get 66 servings of 30g. That 's per dose, which is absolutely fine in terms of whey processing quality. This price is standard for proteins of similar quality.
Czech Virus is known for its premium products, for which it pays well. So finally we have an affordable protein that can match the quality of processing and is suitable for students on a budget.
An alternative could be CFM Evolution
The main difference is in the whey extraction process. Prom-In's Evolution is obtained by the CFM process and Perfect Milkshake's, as I have mentioned several times, by ultrafiltration. Both proteins contain the enzymes Bromelain and Papain. Prom-IN has also added BCAAs and Glutamine to the protein, but they are there in smaller amountsand they don't make a significant difference in the final amino acid spectrum compared to Perfect Milkshake.
In the case of CFM Evolution we have more flavours to choose from, but in my opinion the Perfect Milkshake flavours are a bit more hilarious. Price-wise, these two proteins come out similarly.

Conclusion
In the words of Czech Virus, this is the gold standard among proteins. I agree with this statement. Compared to their Pure Elite CFM, which is also enriched with additional digestive enzymes and lactobacilli, the protein is definitely slightly inferior in composition. However, if we consider just the basic factor we expect from whey protein - fast replenishmentquality protein without burdening the digestion, Perfect Milkshake fulfils this task flawlessly.
The taste is perfect, the composition solid and the price pleasant. I definitely recommend it to the general population and athletes looking for a high quality and very tasty whey concentrate.
