It was Energy Flash from Chevron Nutrition. And after some time of testing, it's time for me to share my experience.

Of the 10 active ingredients, citrulline is definitely worth mentioning, as it has been shown to promote blood flow to muscles during training. I was pleased with the 5 grams of beta alanine, which is responsible for that proverbial burning ears that many people seek. And since five grams is a pretty solid dose, you can count on your ears to sting a hundred and six. Caffeine, green tea extract, DMAE and synephrine will then take care of improving your concentration. That, in a nutshell, is a formula that you can't fault. Personally, I might just use more grams of citrulline, some competing supplementoffer up to 8 grams in one dose, whereas Energy Flash has only five.
Super taste and hassle-free preparation
Also, another aspect that we cover in our reviews, Energy Flash delivered on this one. Its preparation is completely hassle-free and you can even dissolve it without a shaker. If you're drinking pre-workout at home before you head out for a workout, for example, you canYou can pour a scoop into a glass, pour water over it and stir it with a spoon. It dissolves really easily and in no time. It's just as good in terms of taste. We had the opportunity to try the apple variant, which was just sweet enough and pleasantly refreshing. Since I personally don't like some overly sweet flavors of supplements, this variant more than suited me. If you happen to want to try something else, there is still pink grapefruit to choose from. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to review that one.
A pre-workout that runs like clockwork
The good composition we mentioned in the first paragraph is of course reflected by the good effect. I drank the pre-workout some 25-30 minutes before the workout and after a while you can already feel a slight tingling in your ears. Then at the training I was maximally concentrated and what is the main thing, the blood circulation in the muscles was absolutely unreal. The pre-workout effect easily lasted for about an hour and a half, which is my standard workout time. I have nothing to complain about!
Good value for money
