The Extrifit brand is known for creating their supplements to suit even the biggest of hard workers. Therefore, it is no surprise that the best pre-workout comes from this manufacturer. Another well-known pre-workout from this brand is Extrifit Hellgel, but Extrifit High Whey 80 protein is also worth a try.

Flavour and composition of Agrezzu

Ingredients

The main reason why Agrezz is so popular is its uncompromising composition. In this regard, the manufacturer has certainly not skimped on quality raw materials, which is understandably reflected in the overall quality of the product. One dose (20.8 g) contains:

  • 6500mg of citrulline, which is the best supplement to improve NO production, thus also helping better muscle blood circulation
  • 4000mg of beta alanine will leave you with a slight burning sensation in your limbs, improving muscular endurance and strength.
  • 1695mg of arginine base will provide even better blood flow and increase growth hormone levels
  • 500mg Arginine peptides will increase your appetite for training, improve growth hormone production
  • 2000mg of taurine to help maximise concentration for training
  • 1000mg of tyrosine, which is a precursor to adrenaline and noradrenaline
  • 250mg of green tea extract to improve proper metabolic functioning
  • 200mg of caffeine for maximum concentration, improved fat burning and increased sweating
  • 54mg of DMAE bitarate to improve mood and delay fatigue
  • 10mg of synephrine to increase resting metabolism and thermoregulation during training
  • 20mg of black pepper extract to speed up metabolism and promote nutrient absorption
  • 1000 mg of choline bitrate, which acts synergistically with caffeine and enhances its effect
  • 1000 mg of inosine, which contributes to the transfer of oxygen to the muscles and promotes the production of ATP

One dose of Agrezz therefore contains a total of 2000 mg of arginine. Compared to the competition, Agrezz has a really incredibly high quality composition. The individual stimulants are contained in sufficiently high doses, and many substances act synergistically, which significantly increases the effectiveness of the product. Moreover, the composition of this pre-workout has remained virtually unchanged for a long time, which only proves how effective it must be. Why change something that works perfectly?

Don't overlook
If you don't like the high caffeine content and other stimulants, don't overlook our review of the Czech Virus M3/s Pump, which doesn't contain any stimulants.

Agrezz should be taken just before a workout

Currently, Agrezz is only available as small sachets containing one dose at a time. While this is impractical due to storage, it does have its advantages. You don't have to measure anything before taking it and you can simply take one individual sachet with you to your workout. The manufacturer recommends mixing one dose in 200-300 ml of water and taking it about 15-20 minutes before training. Personally, I have to say that I always take Agrezz just before I can't stand standing still after a few minutes.

However, it's not good to have an unnecessarily large amount of water before a workout because it's uncomfortable to work out with a full belly. That's why I recommend using no more than 200 ml of water to mix it up. The taste of the resulting drink is then admittedly too strong, but you don't drink pre-workouts for the taste. At the same time, I have to appreciate that Agrezz dissolves without problems and although after mixinga small layer of foam may form on the surface, it is nothing terrible.

Effects of Agrezz?

I'm sure you know the feeling when the pre-workout kicks in and you feel like you're about to burst out of your skin. The workout is aggressive, your focus is as good as it gets, and I'm not even talking about the muscle pump. But then suddenly halfway through the workout it's over, the pre-workout completely stops working and you feel terribly tired.

That's exactly what will never happen to you with Agrezz.

My workouts usually take almost two hours and consist mostly of complex exercises. But I can always rely on this top-notch pre-workout and it has never let me down.

The muscle pumping is really extreme, as is the focus on the workout. Thanks to the relatively high beta alanine content, my whole body tingles within minutes of drinking it and I feel absolutely ready for the hardest workout.

Agrezz is available in bulk form

Flavours (which one to choose?)

With pre-workouts, you definitely can't expect any fancy flavours.flavours, as most of the active ingredients are naturally bitter. The mango & pineapple flavour completely breaks this rule, as its tropical taste is absolutely perfect and I dare say you will simply and easily fall in love with it.

The other flavours are not so special, the wild strawberry & mint flavour has a very noticeable artificial aftertaste.

However, compared to competing pre-workout supplements, all of the available Agrezz flavours are very tasty.

Price to match the effects

If Agrezz has a downside, it's its price.

If you want to save money on a pre-workout supplement, avoid Agrezz out of sight.

But if you want to get the most out of your workouts and take your results to a whole new level, Agrezz is the right nut for you. It's the top of its category, so the high price tag is kind of to be expected.

Since I cycle all my workouts into light and heavy, I only rank Agrezz ahead of the heavy ones. Firstly, because I don't want to spend my entire paycheck on supplements and secondly, because my body would get used to it after a while. If I have light workouts, a home-made pre-workout - most often a combination of citrulline, beta alanine and caffeine - is enough.

Final evaluation

Although there have been some very decent pre-workouts since Agrezz was released, none of them have threatened its position as the number one. If you're looking for the truly best and completely uncompromising pre-workout, Agrezz is the obvious choice for you. Although it costs more than the competition, the high price is fully justified. Even after all these years, it is still true that Agrezz is the best our pre-workout market has to offer.

If for some reason Agrezz doesn't appeal to you or you are simply looking for a cheaperalternative, don't overlook our comparison of the best pre-workouts.
