The Full as F*ck pre-workout pump has been on the market for quite a long time, and during that time it has provenhas gained many fans, especially on the international scene. In the Czech Republic, the 5% Nutrition brand was not available for a long time, so when I got the chance to try the pre-workout pump, which was co-created by Rich Piana himself, I did not hesitate. I had read only positive reviews on foreign websites, so I was curious to see what the pre-workout pump was really like.
Where would I classify this pre workout? Will it hold up against the competing pumps we use here? What effects have I felt? That, and much more, is what you'll learn in today's article.
Content of the review
5% Nutrition is a hardcore bodybuilding brand founded by legendary bodybuilder Rich Piana. He was characterized by his controversial appearance, lifestyle and public appearance. He transferred all his controversy into the brand itself and started producing unique, high quality and functional products that had not appeared on the market before. He has always added extra value to his products, taking supplementation to a whole new level internationally. I have been following his company since the very beginning and I can't wait to try each of his products in turn.
Enough with the introductory words, let's get down to the actual review of the Full as F*ck pre-workout pump.

Ingredients that bring maximum pumping
The most represented ingredient found here is the amino acid L-citrulline, which is there for the sake of blood supply to the muscles duringIt helps to supply nutrients to the muscles, promotes muscle pumping and vascularity. Thanks to L-citrulline you will also be able to train longer and manage more repetitions.
The second most represented ingredient here is L-Taurine. This is an amino acid naturally occurring in the human body. Its biggest advantage is that it is ergogenic, meaning that it producesenergy, so it can directly improve your performance during training. Taurine also acts as an antioxidant in the body or is even health beneficial, it can help people with diabetes or treat muscle inflammation.
Glycerol powder is another ingredient in the preworkout that directly promotes blood flow and muscle fullness. After taking Glycerol, it gets a large amount of water directly into the muscles to ensure quality contraction during each repetition and washes away post-exercise lactic acid. For the same reason, the product also contains beetroot powder, i.e. to improve blood flow, fullness and veining.
A very interesting ingredient here is Norvaline, which is an amino acid that indirectly improves the effect of nitric oxide in the body. Again, you will notice this on yourself in the form of better blood flow, plumpness and better contractions.
The last ingredient that is here again to promote nitric oxide is vitamin C, which also has positive effect on immune function, anti-inflammatory and has many other benefits.

Hesperidin also appears in small amounts in the formula. This is a natural substance appearing in citrus fruits that promotes fat burning in the body.
Last but not least, we can also find an added adaptogen in the form of redroot sage extract in the product . This adaptogen, when taken over a long period of time, improves quality of life, can help with cardiovascular healthm, gives the body much more energy, reduces fatigue, has a positive effect on brain function and much more.
Preworkout is sweetened primarily with sucralose. This is an artificial sweetener that is completely harmless to the body, nowadays it is commonly used in other supplements. Sucralose is further supplemented with the artificial sweetener acesulfame potassium. Many people may have a problem with this sweetener. There is often debate about the harmfulness and toxicity of acesulfame to our bodies. However, it should be noted that there have been studies that have refuted the toxicity and harmfulness of acesulfame, and therefore there is no need to worry too much about these sweeteners.
Natural flavourings have been used in the production process , as the manufacturer states on the product packaging. The chemical colouring agents used here are Allura Wormwood (for the fruit punch flavour) and Brilliant Blue (berries). These are controversial dyes that are not used in our territory. The manufacturer states on the packaging that for this reason the product is not suitable for children, it could affect their attention and hyperactivity. For the adult population, Allura Worm or Brilliant Blue may also have negative effects, but you would have to consume it huge and that's definitely not a risk at the recommended dosage, so you don't have to worry.
Finally, black pepper extract is added to the product, which improves the usability of all the other ingredients contained in this preworkout many times over.

Pre-workout pump preparation is instant
I followed the manufacturer's instructions when consuming the preworkout. I mixed one serving of 12.9 grams in 300 ml of water.

The solubility of the preworkout was absolutely no problem, no lumps formed and the preworkout was dissolved almost instantly. However, insoluble particles formed on the surface, which subsequently fell to the bottom of the container. However, this is no fun, but just one of the added ingredients that performs its function. When stirred, the preworkout did not foam, it was immediately ready for consumption.
Preworkout performs its role perfectly
I consumed Preworkout roughly 30-45 minutes before my workout at first at a dose of 12.9g as recommended by the manufacturer. I always consumed Preworkout on an empty stomach to ensure maximum absorption of all the active ingredients. As a rule, I am used to using Preworkout roughly 90 minutes after a solid meal. Within 30 minutes, on an empty stomach, all the substances will start to be perfectly absorbed into the body and you will feel strong and full.
There is no form of caffeine in the preworkout , so don't expect any rapid increase in energy, it's a sleepingIt's a gradual build up to your workout, after which you'll be able to fully concentrate on each repetition. I would recommend stimulant-free pre-workout pumps more for people who are primarily focused on building muscle mass. If you are focusing on building strength or endurance, pumping up your muscles will be more of a hindrance for you.

You won't enjoy the flavours you choose

When mixing one serving of 12.9 grams in 300 ml of water according to the manufacturer's instructions, it was time to taste the preworkout. Let's take a look at the individual flavours:
- Pomegranate (6/10), the pomegranate flavour is actually not really noticeable here. At least I didn't notice it. The taste is very specific and strong, which may not suit everyone. It took me a couple of sessions to get used to it myself, but in the final it wasn't bad at all.
- Berries (6/10), same problem as the predecessor, no berry flavour here noticeable and I had trouble distinguishing whether I was drinking pomegranate or berries. The taste of both variants is very similar. The pre-workout does its job perfectly, but as for the taste, you won't enjoy it that much.
- Fruit Punch (8.5/10) is a flavour that you will enjoy before training. I would compare it most closely to a melon or raspberry flavour, with a slightly bitter note of course. Moreover, despite its rather artificial colour, it retains a natural taste, which you will definitely appreciate when sipping it before a workout. For me, the fruit punch is a great choice that you can't go wrong with.
For a high quality, affordable price
The manufacturer produces the pre-workout punch in a pack of 387 grams, which costs in conversion. In one pack there are 30 whole doses at the recommended dosage (12.9 grams = one scoop). In this case, one dose will set you back a total of , which in my opinion is a perfectly adequate price that places this product among other pre-workout pumps.
Final evaluation
This brings us to the conclusion of the review itself. So is it worth investing in Full as F*ck by 5% Nutrition? I have to say that it is indeed worth it. Preworkout surprised me a lot with its quality and above all its functionality, i.e. how it practically works in the gym. It rarely happens that after the first use the effect is immediately noticeable, but here it really is, which is a huge plus.
As for competing Czech preworkouts, I have to be honestI wouldn't be afraid to get Full as F*ck from 5% Nutrition again, because it worked absolutely great for me. Blood Storm or Serious PRE pumps might be a suitable alternative, we have had excellent experience with them. Even so, I'll probably reach for Rich Piana's pre-workout again next time because it's simply worth it.
