And in the case of Vitality Complex Drink, you can see that its creators have put a lot of thought into it, because it contains 23 very well chosen substances. Compared to some competing supplements, it is not the most important in terms of the number of substances.c, but honestly GymBeam has pulled the most important love for athletes into this supplement.The basis of the supplement is, for example, a good portion of B vitamins, of course, there is alsomagnesium (in the good form of citrate) and zinc (in the also perfectly absorbable gluconate). In addition, the supplement contains, for example, maca extract, the fibre inulin or l-glutamine. For us, the composition is sensible and reasonably put together, although not the most comprehensive.
How is Vitality Complex prepared?
Vitality Complex is interesting primarily because it is not a typical multivitaminnew supplement sold in tablet form, but is available in powder form. One package contains a total of 360 grams of powder, which is equivalent to 30 doses of 12 grams each. This amount of powder, according to the manufacturer, just dissolve in about 250 ml of water and mix thoroughly. You don't even need a shaker to prepare it, as the multivitamin dissolves well even if you stir it with a spoon for a while. During preparation, the drink does not foam unnecessarily and does not form lumps, so you can prepare it without any worries.
How does Vitality Complex taste?
GymBeam Vitality Complex is available in two flavours - the first is green apple and the second is a mango-maracuja combination. We were given the opportunity to try the green apple, which was really good in terms of taste, butLike other reviewers in the comments, we have to point out that it is quite sweet. While the manufacturer recommends using 250ml of water, we used half a litre straight away and still felt that the drink was very sweet. However, in the coming warm days, we recommend using a couple of litres of water in addition to the pint of water.pint of ice cubes, because then the drink is refreshing and will also keep you well hydrated over the summer. And especially now in the summer you can appreciate that it comes in the form of a refreshing drink rather than in capsules - not to mention the fact that many athletes take many other supplements in capsules, so a drink can definitely be more convenient for them. Well, add to that the fact that compositionally, Vitality Complex Drink actually containsonly the necessary and justified substances for athletes, there is nothing to worry about.
