What is the composition of GymBeam Vitamin D?
As is customary in our reviews, first of all, let's focus on the composition of this supplement. And it's surprisingly good, because the filling of the softgel capsule is only safflower oil and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), which is the most usable form of the vitamin. Safflower (sometimes also thistle or safflower) oil is a non-hazardous oil obtained from from the seeds of the safflower plant, and is sometimes recommended, for example, to improve the quality of hair and skin. In terms of vitamin D, one tablet contains 1000 IU, equivalent to 25 micrograms - a dose comparable to many competitivesupplements and, with regular use, there is no need to take larger amounts. The composition is therefore absolutely nothing to complain about. However, if you would like a more concentrated dose, GymBeam also offers a variant of 2000 IU in one dose.
How to take the product?
Since GymBeam's Vitamin D3 comes in capsules, taking it is practical and convenient. In fact, you just need to swallow one relatively small capsule every day and wash it down with enough water. In the case of vitamin D, generally speaking, dosing with food is ideal, as this will ensure better absorption. How do we rate the price?
If there's anything striking about this product, it's undoubtedly the very low price.For a pack of 60 capsules you pay only 59 crowns and one dose logically comes out to less than a crown. GymBeam is thus a clear proof that you can supplement quality vitamins even at a relatively low price. And this particular vitamin D is hard to find competition, because similar products from other brands are many times more expensive.
Does it have any disadvantages?
If we go back to the aforementioned supplement from Actin, you must have noticed that in addition to vitamin D, it also contained vitamin K and due to the interaction of these two substances, it's actually not a bad thing to take them separately. On the other hand, however, the purchase price is significantly higher, so they still have toinsist that in terms of price/quality ratio, the GymBeam product is really great.
Final evaluation.
When we first saw the price this supplement was selling for, we were honestly quite skeptical about it. However, once we studied the ingredients, we found that this is a very good supplement that is hard to find any competition in terms of price/quality ratio. If you don't mind paying extra for vitamins and minerals, of course it can be a little better option to buy one of the supplements that combine both the deca and vitamin K, but it's definitely not a necessity. And in case you're on a budget for supplements, this one will definitely come in handy. Therefore, we have no choice but to recommend it with all ten hands.
