Durable construction and practical packaging

In it, the pistol can be easily transported from place to place together with all the interchangeable heads and the charger. Moreover, the case is quite durable, so you don't have to worry about the gun getting damaged in any way while carrying it. In the case you will also find a brief manual with all the important information.
The pistol itself also looks very solid and quite high quality. In this respect, I had slight concerns at first, but fortunately they were not confirmed. The pistol grip is long enough so that it is not a problem to grip it comfortably at any twist. Moreover, the handle hardly vibrates at all during the massage, which I consider a big plus, becauseOtherwise it could be very uncomfortable to hold after some time. There is only one button on the gun, which controls all the settings, and a simple display. On it you will find information about the selected speed of vibration of the massage head and the battery level. Both the packaging and the construction of the gun I have to rate really excellent, because both are of very high quality and the gun looks durable enough.
Can't complain about the lack of adjustment
The pack contains 4 interchangeable massage heads, each one designed for a different type of massage. The round hard foam head is a versatile attachment suitable for all muscle groups. The flat head is designed for larger muscle groups and more sensitive areas. The tip-shaped head, on the other hand, is designed for massaging specific points and harder to reach areas. The last attachment is the U-shaped split-tip head, which is suitable for massage around the cervical spine. All heads except the round one are made in plastic. Although some competing guns offer a much larger range of massageheads, I personally did not feel that I was missing any attachments when using this particular gun. Therefore, I consider four heads to be quite sufficient.
The gun has up to 20 speeds at the same time. Although the difference between the first and the 20th gear is really big, the differences between the gears are not that noticeable. For example, if you find first gear too slow, you will have to increase theup to at least fifth gear to make any noticeable difference. In the end, therefore, the pistol would be fine with fewer gears, since in practice probably very few people use all 20 gears. On the other hand, I don't think it's fair to criticize the manufacturer for giving users unnecessary too many adjustment options. The important thing is that the first gear is slow enough to massage sensitive areas, and the twentieth stage is fast enough to effectively massage really stiff areas.
What has been our experience using the gun?
The most important question, of course, is how well the massagerand what kind of effect you can expect from it. However, I would like to add at the outset that it is not possible to evaluate the effect of the massage gun unequivocally and claim that everyone will experience the same effect as I did. It all depends on how tight your muscles are, how you use the gun and for how long, and so on. All my experiences with the gun should therefore be taken with a grain of salt. On the other hand, if the pistol is used properly, it can be assumed that if one person has felt a positive effect with it, others may have the same or at least a similar experience.
Personally, I can say that massage with this gun really suits me. As I said in the introduction, it is still not the same massage you will experience under the hands of an experienced masseur. However, it can still help you with pain relief or with energizing your muscles before exercise. For myself, I have to rate the effect as an "A".
The use of the gun itself is very simple and intuitive. Hold down the button to turn the gun on, whereupon the display will light up to showon the right side, the battery level and on the left side, the selected gear (it is always at zero when switched on). Simply press the button to increase the speed by one gear. When the 20th gear is reached, press the button to make the gun stop. Always hold the button to switch the gun off. The only negative I see in this regard is that if you are at, for example, 5. and you want to either downshift, you have to either click through to the fastest gear and then start adding speed from the beginning, or you can hold the gun down and then turn it back on. The same goes for situations where you want to change the barrel, which requires the gun to be either off or in gear 0. This is not a catastrophic problem though, and yet it is a tax on the simple design.
How do I use the individual massage heads?
In terms of using the individual heads, I recommend trying out all the heads (hopefully with a highexcept for the split head, which is really only suitable for massaging around the spine) on all muscle groups. See for yourself where each head suits you best. I personally prefer to use the flat head on all muscle groups on my legs and which areas on my arms. The round head, on the other hand, has worked well for me, for example, on the chest and arms, where it can become morethat you accidentally run the gun over a bone, as this single head is not hard plastic. The pointed attachment comes in handy, for example, for massaging the thighs after a leg workout when you really need to massage the muscles a little more deeply, which this head allows.
In conclusion, I would add that all plastic heads are better used if you have a thin layer of fabric on the massaged muscle (e.g. T-shirt), because it is easier to move. For example, I recommend using the round foam head without clothing as it moves better directly on the skin.
Sufficient battery life
The gun lasts about 5 hours on a single charge. Therefore, there is no need to worry about having to carry a charger with you everywhere. Of course, the battery life depends on how often and for how long you use the gun. It also depends on the intensity of the massage, as higher speeds drain the battery faster. The charging itself works pretty quickly, so even if your gun runs out of power, it won't take long to get it at least partially charged so you can use it as soon as possible.
Perfect value for money
Although the inSPORTLine Bitigo massage gun is not the cheapest massage gun on the market, it is still in the lower price category. This makes it very accessible to a wider group of people. Although it is priced cheaper than many other guns on the market, its quality surpasses most of them.
