What is the Intense package and who is it suitable for?
KetoDiet offers a total of 3 nutrition plans. These are the Basic, Medium and Intense diet plans. They are divided according to how much weight you plan to lose, and the manufacturer lists the BMI for which each plan is suitable. The Intense option is the most intense of the three and its first phase is set for a total of four weeks. The package therefore contains up to 140 servings, which is equivalent to a complete diet for 28 days. However, if you chose the Basic or Medium option, the package would contain 70 and 105 servings respectively. It should also be noted that each plan consists of three phases, with each additionalwith each successive phase, the number of meals in the package decreases and the number of regular home-cooked meals increases. We will come back to the specific dosage of the meals from the package and their combination with regular meals at the end of the review.
What do you find in the Intense package?
Since the entire package is designed as a 4-week diet, you will find multiple meals in each one. However, the total number of individual meals is quite high, so you don't have to worry about your menu revolving around the same meals over and over again. In addition, you will find a shaker and a diet booklet in the package to record your achievements. Let's take a closer look at the individual meals.
Protein drink (5 flavours)
Some form of protein drink is a staple of most of the diet packages you'll come across from different manufacturers. KetoDiet is no different. In the package you will find it in a total of 5 flavors (strawberry and banana, raspberry and currant, apricot and mango, chocolate and hazelnut hazelnut, iced coffee and chocolate), with each flavour representing a total of 7 servings.
Ingredients
The individual flavours have somewhat different compositions. The base of the drink is a protein blend (about 65-70%) consisting of whey isolatewhey concentrate, hydrolysed collagen, micellar casein, soya isolate and porcine gelatine. In addition, there is a wide range of vitamins and minerals, which is a great positive, as in the oppositeIt would be very difficult for a person on a similar diet to absorb these substances. The ingredients also include thickeners and sweeteners. Worth mentioning is acesulfame K, which is often described as controversial, although in normal quantities it is notIt poses no health risk and can be found in a large number of common food supplements.
However, the presence of sulphur dioxide (only in some flavours) is slightly worse. This is poisonous in higher quantities and can cause stomach problems in sensitive individuals. It is still permitted in small quantities in the European Union, but we would prefer not to see it in the ingredients. On average, one serving of a protein drink contains about 16-17 g of protein, 3 g of carbohydrates and about 2 g of fat.
Preparation
To prepare a protein drink, simply mix the contents of one packet (27 g) with 200-250 ml of water, stir thoroughly and then leave to stand for 5 minutes. The amount of water used may vary, as for example the flavour iced coffee with chocolate flavour, the manufacturer recommends using only 100-150 ml of water.
Taste
The flavours are quite different from each other. Some are more pronounced, some are more subtle. Personally, I'm a fan of the nutty and chocolate flavours in particular, which I found to be probably the most balanced. Still, I recommend that you keep rotating the flavours, otherwise you might get disgusted with them pretty quickly. It's also worth alternating the protein drink with a protein smoothie, which will refresh you nicely.

Protein bread (2 variants)
Protein bread is the only bread in the package. The two types of bread (walnut bread and dark bread) together make up 14 individual servings, allowing you toYou can prepare the bread in many different ways.
Ingredients
Both breads contain wheat and pea protein, however the dark bread contains a little more protein. Both breads also contain rye flour, soy flour wheat bran, sunflower seed and oat fibre. One serving of the dark bread contains 15 g of protein, 5.3 g of carbohydrates and 9.2 g of fat, while a serving of the walnut bread contains 13 g of protein, 10 g of carbohydrates and 8.5 g of fat. It is worth noting that the daily intake of carbohydrates during the keto diet should not exceed 5 g, which neither bread meets. However, compared to regular bread, it contains significantly more protein and fewer carbohydrates, which is a definite advantage.
Preparation
One portion of bread is 3 slices. You can flavour them to your liking, but remember that during the keto diet you should avoid carbohydrates and take in plenty of protein and fat.
Taste
Neither variant of bread will offend you in any way. The taste is equivalent to most breads of this type that you will find in the shops. However, as you can flavour the bread to suit yourself, the final taste will ultimately vary quite a lot.

Protein pocket (chocolate and coconut flavour)
Protein paste is a handy snack on the go because it takes up minimal space and there's no need to prepare it in any way. As part of the Intense package, this is one of the sweet treats that you will surely look forward to on a regular basis.
Ingredients
The protein source in the protein pocket is a protein blend consisting of whey concentrate, micellar casein and hydrolysed bovine collagen. There is also water, inulin fibre, rapeseed oil, cocoa, yoghurt powder, sweeteners and acidity regulators. One serving (100 g) contains a sympathetic 18 g of protein as well as 9 g of carbohydrates and 7.3 g of fat.
Taste
Although the protein pocket tastes unnecessarily too sour for my taste, it is definitely not a disaster. On the other hand, I have to appreciate the distinct taste of coconut and the ideal taste of chocolate, so the resulting taste of the capsule is not overly sweet. As a result, I have to rate the protein capsule as excellent.

Protein pancake (garlic flavour)
The protein pancake resembles an omelette, but has a slightly different consistency and composition. Thanks to its easy preparation, it will serve as a quick breakfast, snack or light dinner. Although the pancake has a garlic flavour, you don't have to worry about getting bad breath. The manufacturer has used dried garlic, which does not cause any odour.
Ingredients
Almost three quarters of the composition is a mixture of proteins. This consists of egg white, micellar casein, hydrolysed porcine collagen, soya isolate and whey concentrate. There are also dried eggs, onion, garlic, marjoram, pepper and thickeners. One serving (25 g) contains 16 g protein, 2.8 g carbohydrates and 1.8 g fat.
Preparation
Pour the contents of the bag over 100 ml of water and stir very thoroughly. To avoid lumps, I recommend using a blender or at least a whisk. Pour the resulting mixture into a hot pan with a drizzle of oil and fry for 2 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other.
Taste
If you're not a big fan of garlic, don't worry because the pancake doesn't have an overly strong flavour. The consistency is fine and taste-wise it will certainly not offend you. It may not be the best tasting dish in the pack, but it will undoubtedly find its fans and its. I must therefore rate it positively.

Protein pasta (fusilli)
High-protein pasta will help you revive your diet while taking in the necessary nutrients. Their great advantage is that you can prepare and flavour them according to your preferences.
Ingredients
The protein pasta is based on wheat protein, egg white, whey protein, whey protein and whey protein.protein, pea protein, wheat fibre, wheat flour and acacia fibre. One serving (50 g) contains a full 30 g protein, 7.3 g carbohydrate and 1.5 g fat. Compared to conventional pasta, they thus contain many times more protein, which is extremely important during the keto diet.
Preparation
Place one portion of pasta in boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.
Taste
Thanks to its composition, KetoDiet pasta tastes very similar to classic pasta. Compared to cognac pasta, which is very common in similar packages, it therefore tastes much better, which is a huge plus.
Protein pudding (caramel flavour)
If you have a sweet tooth, you'll love the protein pudding. You can make it into a delicious dessert or have it as a quick snack or breakfast. Thanks to its delicious taste, it will prevent you from having a stereotypical and boring diet.
Ingredients
Up to 85% of the composition consists of milk proteins. The rest of the ingredients are mainly vegetable fat, thickeners and flavourings. As sweeteners, the manufacturer has used aspartame and acesulfame K. While the latter is sometimes considered controversial, it is less so inin smaller quantities should not be a problem, aspartame is a bit worse. Although there is no undisputed evidence that aspartame is a health hazard, and it is available in small doses within the EUis considered safe, many studies in the past have concluded that aspartame may pose a health risk. It is therefore undoubtedly a controversial substance that we would prefer not to see in the ingredients. One serving of pudding (25 g) contains up to 18 g of protein, 2 g of carbohydrates and 1.5 g of fat.
Preparation
Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl and gradually add 115 ml of water. Stir the mixture thoroughly so that no lumps remain. Leave the bowl in the fridge for 15-30 minutes. Personally, I recommend keeping it a little longer so that the pudding really has time to set properly.
Taste
Although the consistency of the pudding is a little thin compared to regular pudding, there is nothing to fault it in terms of taste. The caramel flavour is really strong and the pudding tastes surprisingly good.
Protein pancake (coconut flavour)
In addition to the aforementioned pudding, sweet food lovers will also appreciate the presence of a protein pancake with a coconut flavour. Moreover, you can (within the limits of the keto diet) flavour the pancake to your liking.
Ingredients
Up to 60% of the composition consists of milk protein, which is further supplemented by dried egg white as a protein source. The ingredients also include wheat flour, flavourings, grated coconut and raising agents. One pancake (27,5 g) contains 18 g protein, 4,4 g carbohydrates and 1,2 g fat. The nutritional values are absolutely incomparable to a regular pancake.
Preparation
Mix the contents of the packet in 50-60 ml of water. I recommend whisking the mixture either in a shaker or using a whisk to ensure there are no lumps. Then let the mixture sit for about 3 minutes and then pour it into a hot pan with a drizzle of oil. It won't take more than a minute on each side to fry.
Taste
The protein pancake has quite a nice consistency and the taste is also very good. The chunks of coconut feel just right and the pancake isn't unnecessarily over-sweetened. If you adjust it to your taste, you will definitely enjoy it a lot.

Protein porridge (2 flavours)
Protein porridge is perfect for breakfast, but you can also enjoy it as a light and quick snack at any time of the day. In the package you will find the flavours vanilla + banana and apple + cinnamon.
Ingredients
Both flavours are based on a protein blend (60-65%) made from whey concentratewhey concentrate, whey isolate, micellar casein, soy isolate and dried egg white. Both flavours also contain powdered cream and several sources of fibre. In both cases, there is also a wide range of vitamins and minerals in the ingredients, which is always a big plus. In terms of nutritional value, both flavors are exactly the same. One serving (27 g) of porridge contains 15.9 g of protein, 2.7 g of carbohydrates and 1.7 g of fat.
Preparation
The preparation is really very simple in this case. Mix the contents of the packet with 150 ml of hot (not boiling) water, let stand for 5 minutes and you can eat.
Taste
Of the two flavours, I personally liked the apple and cinnamon flavour better as it was slightly more pronounced. However, the vanilla and banana flavours didn't disappoint me either, although I would have appreciated a slightly more pronounced banana flavour, which was slightly toned down in favour of the vanilla. Overall, though, I have to rate the taste of both protein porridge variants very positively.
Protein soup (4 flavours)
Soups are an essential part of diet packages. In the Intense package from KetoDiet you will find 4 flavours, namely chicken, beef, pumpkin and pea. They all have in common simple preparation and good taste.
Ingredients
As it is the case with the foods in this package, the base of the protein soup is a mixture of proteins. However, its content varies depending on the flavour. In this respect, the pea soup differs from the rest of the flavours, as it is only 30 % of the composition, compared with around 70 % for the rest of the flavours. However, all flavours differ in the sources of protein they contain. These are usually milk protein, micellar casein, whey isolate, hydrolysed porcine collagen, soya isolate or other substances. None of these flavors contain any controversial substances, which we consider a big plus. In addition, the pumpkin flavor contains a mixture of various minerals and vitamins, so praise is in order here as well.
In terms of nutritional value, the chicken and beef flavours perform best, containing the most protein (22g per serving). On the other hand, the pea flavour is the worst, with 17 g of protein per serving. Depending on the flavour, the amount of carbohydrate varies from 2 to 4 g per serving, while the amount of fat is 1,5-3,3 g per serving.
Preparation
The preparation procedure varies depending on which flavour you are preparing. While all 4 flavours need to be covered with about 200-250 ml of water, in the case of the chicken and beef flavours, the water shouldshould be boiling, while the pumpkin and pea soups require hot water, but not boiling. It is therefore best to read the manufacturer's instructions again before making it.
Taste
The taste of the soups may not suit everyone, but I was pleasantly surprised. For example, the chicken flavour pleasantly surprised me with a large amount of noodles, which really improved the whole soup. In my opinion, the soup was a bit too salty, but that's a matter of personal taste. The pea flavour was also interesting as this soup has a distinct creamy consistency. Overall, I have to rate KetoDiet's protein soup flavours as excellent.

Protein omelette (bacon flavour)
A bacon-flavored omelet can be a very quick and easy breakfast or snack. This is a typical dish that you can find in almost all diet packages from all sorts of manufacturers. But it must be said that the omelette from KetoDiet does very well in comparison.
Ingredients
The bacon-flavoured protein omelette contains up to 62 g of protein per 100 g of product, which is several times more than a regular omelette. This is because almost three quarters of its composition is a mixture of proteins consisting of driedegg white, micellar casein, hydrolysed porcine collagen, soya isolate and whey concentrate. In addition, the composition includes dried egg, a mixture of vegetables, inulin and a mixture of vitamins and minerals. One serving of omelette (27 g) contains 17 g of protein, 5.2 g of carbohydrates and 2.1 g of fat.
Preparation
You can prepare a protein pancake in just a few minutes. Mix the contents of the packet in 100 ml of water and pour into a hot pan with a drop of oil. The manufacturer recommends frying it for 2 minutes on one side and another minute on the other side, however, from my own experience, I recommend that youThe frying time may vary depending on the cooker and the material of the pan.
Taste
Unlike some instant meals from other diet packages, the protein omelette has a surprisingly good consistency and distinct flavour. It still lacks a little of the real bacon flavour, but the overall impression is very good.
Protein panna cotta
Even while dieting, you can indulge in your favourite dessert. Just make sure it doesn't contain too many calories. In the KetoDiet Intense diet package you will find 7 servings of panna cotta, which will serve as a well-deserved reward after a hard day.
Ingredients
Although the protein panna cotta looks like a regular dessert, a full 77% of the ingredientsof the composition is a protein blend, thanks to which it contains up to 68 g of protein per 100 g of product. The protein blend consists of whey concentrate, whey isolate, gelatine, hydrolysed collagen and micellar casein. Cream powder and milk powder contribute to the natural taste. One serving of panna cotta (27 g) contains a total of 18 g protein, 3,4 g carbohydrate and 2,6 g fat.
Preparation
The advantage of protein panna cotta is that you can prepare it without any effort. Simply mix the contents of the packet in 100 ml of water and let it sit in the fridge for 45 minutes.
Taste
The consistency of the panna cotta is slightly firmer compared to pudding, which is prepared in the same way, which I personally consider a plus. Taste-wise, it is a safe bet that will not disappoint. Plus, you can flavour it with fruit, for example (within the limits of the keto diet), to make it even better. I must therefore rate it excellent.

Protein smoothie (orange flavour)
At first glance, the protein smoothie resembles a classic protein drink, but it is a little different in composition and taste. Still, it is a great way to quickly and easily add the necessary protein to your body in a short time.
Ingredients
In terms of composition, it is worth mentioning the protein blend that makes up 75% of the product's total content and consists ofconsisting of whey concentrate, soy isolate, hydrolysed collagen and micellar casein. There is also dried yoghurt, a mixture of vitamins and minerals, some flavourings and carotenes serving as a colouring agent. One serving of the smoothie (27 g) contains 17.9 g of protein, 1.3 g of carbohydrates and 2.3 g of fat. It is worth noting that the protein smoothie contains more protein than the aforementioned protein drink, making up a total of 35 servings in the package.
Preparation
Simply mix the contents of the packet in 200-250 ml of water and let it taste.
Taste
The protein smoothie is a great refreshment on hot days and serves as a nice replacement for the usual protein drink flavours. The orange flavour is a great choice in my opinion as it is a neutral flavour that will probably suit most people.

Protein Bars (Chocolate Flavor)
The last food you'll find inside the Intense diet pack is chocolate-flavored protein bars. This is good news for anyone who likes to treat themselves to a sweet treat from time to time. The bars are especially suitable as a snack on the go, as they won't take up any space.
Ingredients
The basis of the protein bars is milk protein, but the manufacturer unfortunatelyThe manufacturer does not provide any additional information or specific quantities. The ingredients include chocolate coating without added sugar (10%), oligofructose, sunflower oil, soy protein, fructose, polydextrose, cocoa reduced-fat cocoa powder, flavouring, sucralose and vitamins, of which vitamin E is particularly noteworthy as it is present in the highest quantity. Two protein bars per serving (72 g total) contain 20 g protein, 13 g carbohydrate and 16 g fat. At this point, it is again worth noting that the daily carbohydrate intake during the keto diet should notshould not exceed 5 g, so these bars are not the best choice for a strict keto diet. Still, their high protein content should be highlighted.
Taste
The consistency of KetoDiet's protein bars is quite similar to most protein bars, so you probably won't be surprised in that respect. Flavor-wise, it's also a safe bet, as chocolate is simply a proven flavor that you can't go too wrong with. Personally, I appreciate the fact that the portion is divided into two bars, as it makes you feel like you're eating more. You may know the saying that eating one piece of chocolate is much harder than not eating chocolate at all. Once our brain starts secreting dopamine after tasting chocolate, we have a huge urge to have at least one more piece. Wrapping the bars in two small packages helps to at least partially solve this problem.
Is it possible to combine other foods with the Intense pack?
The Intense diet pack is designed as a complete 4 week diet, with a total of 5 servings per day. You can plan the order of the meals to suit you, which gives you a lot of freedom. However, as has been said several times when reviewing the individual meals in the package, not all of them fit into a strict keto diet because they contain more carbohydrates. The other problem I see is that each of us has a different caloric expenditure, different digestion and different lifestyle during the day. Therefore, a package set up like this may not work for everyone.
Explore the diet plans from KetoDiet!
For this reason, I would personally recommend combining meals from the package with normal meals and paying close attention to how many carbs each meal contains. A huge advantage of the meals in the pack is that they are quick and easy to prepare, so you don't have to worry about cooking all the time. However, it is of course up to you how you choose to structure your diet.
A very good price per serving
Although the price may seem a bit high when you buy an intense package, don't be fooled. Remember, it contains a total of 140 individual servings. Therefore, the package works out very well in conversion terms, as a single serving of food would normally cost much more. On the other hand, it's good to add that the 35 servings total represents a protein drink, which probably doesn't match most people's idea of what a meal portion looks like. However, if you're planning to start a low-calorie diet, the diet pack will undoubtedly help you set your diet. Even if you choose to eat other meals, the package still works out very well in the reckoning. And if you don't want to spend a lot of money at once, choose a smaller package that lasts for a shorter period of time instead.
Evaluation at the end
KetoDiet's diet packs are clearly among the best you can find in this area on the market. Compared to the competition, they do very well especially in terms of taste, definitely but they do not lag behind in terms of practicality and ease of preparation, variety of meals and their composition. I consider up to 35 servings in the form of a protein drink to be a minor minus, however, something like this is nothing new among diet packs. On the contrary, I appreciate that KetoDiet also gives a diet booklet with the package, in which you can read all the important information and record your progress in it. There is nothing to criticize in terms of price, which is why we ultimately rate the Intense diet package from KetoDiet as excellent.
