Nowadays, we have become accustomed to the fact that most things around us are synthetic and we don't see anything strange about supplementing vitamins and minerals from chemical sources. And there's nothing really wrong with it, synthetic nutrients have the same utility as natural ones.
But as you know if you follow our articles regularly, we always prefer natural supplements whenever possible. And that's why we decided to try LaVita, which is a supplement that claims to be a comprehensive and all-natural multivitamin. So what is this supplement like? Does it compete with proven products? How did we like it and what do we think of the price? Find out that and much more in today's review.

To begin with, I can only add that I have been testing this unconventional supplement for several months in order to fully evaluate its effect. But now let's get into a more detailed evaluation:
Ingredients that cannot be described in words
LaVita is a purely natural product that combines more than 70 active ingredients. To mention them all would definitely be cluttered and therefore unnecessary. It is probably enough to know that there are mostly concentrates from various fruits and vegetables, extracts from herbs, herbal oils and, last but not least, green tea, aloe vera or, for example, lacto-fermented vegetable juices.
My view on this composition is of course very positive, because thanks to it you will replenish all the nutrients your body needs. Some may argue that the concentration of vitamins and minerals is not so high that this supplement can compete with synthetic supplements, but I personally think that if the manufacturer used even more herbs and other ingredients, the substances could negate each other, which is logically not desirable. In addition, it is important to remember that a quality multivitamin is only meant to complement a varied and balanced diet, which of course contains a sufficient amount of micronutrients.
Although some may find this statement presumptuous, in my opinion, LaVita is able to compete with the best vitamins on the market without any difficulty. Just look at how much the ingredients used provide the body with vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, amino acids and other enzymes. No similar supplement can boast this. I have absolutely nothing to complain about the ingredients.
Amazing taste that you can easily get used to
If you regularly use multivitamins in capsules, you will be familiar with their characteristic smell. In most cases, you can't really judge the taste, but it's clearthat a multivitamin is not a taste experience for you. LaVita is, after all, primarily made up of fruit concentrates, and this is reflected in the taste.
In fact, when mixed in 100ml of water, LaVita very plausibly resembles multivitamin juice, which I myself used to like a lot. The various specific flavours of the herbs are only perceptible at the end and very slightly indeed. It's not overly sweetened, dissolves easily when poured over water, and tastes really good, so you'll look forward to your morning dose after a while as I did.
Definitely one of the most expensive supplements on the market
When we tested the supplements for our ranking of the best multivitamin supplementsEven NexGen Pro, which was the overwhelming winner, comes out significantly cheaper. One dose of NexGen Pro costs , whereas for one daily dose of LaVita you will pay , and for the whole package containing 50 doses you will pay . Even if you take into account the very complex composition and a lot of great substances that are definitely worth mentioning, in terms of price/quality ratio this supplement is not so shiny.
When and how did I take LaVita?
Due to the extreme concentration of active ingredients in LaVita, I definitely recommend diluting the syrup with water at a ratio of 1:10, i.e. 100ml of water to 10ml of syrup. I don't think this is strictly necessary, but I definitely find the supplement more palatable this way. If you absolutely want to drink the syrup on its own, I definitely recommend at least washing it down with water.
And in terms of timing of the supplement, it's mostly up to you, for me LaVita was part of my morning routine and I can't get enough of it. However, if you wanted to take it before bedtime, for example, nothing special would occur.
Final evaluation
Probably the best possible supplement for athletes and non-athletes who for whatever reasons do not want to use synthetic supplements. You can rely on the fact that this supplement simply contains everything you needand all the ingredients used are of the highest quality.
What is more, it tastes great, so you will not have to force yourself to drink another dose. The only thing you have to swallow is definitely the higher price, because per daily dose is really extreme. But if you can afford it, LaVita is definitely worth it, because the spectrum of substances used is unbeatable.

I came across LaVita about a year ago when I was looking for a more natural alternative to standard multivitamin capsules. What convinced me was the focus on whole-food-based ingredients – tons of plant extracts, concentrates, and even fermented vegetable juices. It’s hard to measure the effect precisely, but I noticed I got sick less often in winter and generally felt a bit more balanced. The taste is surprisingly pleasant too – reminds me of multivitamin juice. It’s not the cheapest supplement out there, but at around one euro per day, I think it’s a fair trade for such a broad spectrum of nutrients.
