1. Almond Butter with Milk Chocolate

- LuckyAlvin Almond Butter + Milk Chocolate
- Weight: 330g, 200g, 40g
- Price: , ,
- Our rating: 10/10
How we rate the ingredients
A slightly more expensive option than the peanut creams, the almond butters. Specifically, Lucky Alvin combines absolutely fabulous milk chocolate in their almond butter, making it the best possible choice. The chocolate is not sweetened in any way with added sugar, but it does contain maltitol, a sweetener that contains significantly fewer calories. Lower calories, no controversial sweeteners, palm fat or other artificial flavourings make this a butter that is absolutely nothing to fault.
How did we like it?
I have to admit that I fell in love with the combination of almonds and milk chocolate from the first moment I smelled the butter. The aroma is absolutely amazing and just the right balance, so you can perceive how quite intense almond scent and the very pleasant milk chocolate that everyone probably knows. And the taste? In a word, addiction. It's a real problem to put down the spoon, even if you just want a taste. The butter is sweet, especially when compared to the sugar-free versions we mention below, but it's not there's still not enough sweetener to overpower the almonds in any way, which for me are the best nuts ever.
Conclusion
From my perspective, perhaps the best butter I've ever tasted from Lucky Alvin. The flavour is really balanced and there's nothing to fault it, the chocolate flavour is noticeable as well as theand almond and the combination of these two ingredients is an absolute orgasm for your taste buds. The downside is the higher price, which might put some people off. For 330g of butter you pay , but the taste experience is really worth it. I definitely recommend the butter and give it 10 points out of 10.
2. Hazelnuts with milk chocolate

- LuckyAlvin Hazelnut + Milk Chocolate
- Weight: 330g, 200g, 40g
- Price: , ,
- Our rating: 10/10
How we rate the ingredients
On the same level as the almond butter in our rating is myhazelnut butter, which does not differ in anything except the specific type. Again, in the composition you will find only hazelnuts occupying 80% and milk chocolate (how else but with maltitol), which accounts for the remaining 20%. As much as we'd like to be a little more critical in the ingredients, with Lucky Alvin's nut butters, it's simply not possible.
How did we like the butter?
Personally, I have to admit that while the two butters are very similar, I prefer the almond. The nutty flavour in this butter is milder and quite pronounced, which of course I appreciate. We can even allow ourselves a brief comparison with Big Boy's Hazelnutella, which has a stiffer consistency for our taste and we didn't find the flavour itself as intense. Lucky Alvin spreads very well, and you'll have trouble taking the spoon out of your hands once you get into the butter. The chocolate brings out the nutty flavour very nicely, but at the same time the two components don't interfere with each other.
Conclusion
The choice between almond and hazelnut butter is entirely yourspreference, but together they are among the best I have ever tasted. In fact, there is absolutely nothing to fault at all, as both in terms of taste and composition everything is balanced. The butter will set you back for 330g, which is a bit higher, but I still rate it 10 points.
3. Almonds and white chocolate + cinnamon

- LuckyAlvin Almond and White Chocolate + Cinnamon
- Weight: 330g, 200g, 40g
- Price: , ,
- Our rating: 9,8/10
How we rate the ingredients
What Lucky Alvin promises in the name, it delivers inside. The butter called Almond and White Chocolate + Cinnamon actually contains only almonds (and nearly 80% of the product), white Belgian chocolate and cinnamon. What could we possibly fault it for? It is, by and large, a butter without any problematic additives or ingredients that simply don't belong there.
How did we like it?
Few butters on the market are as amazing as Almond and White Chocolate + Cinnamon. As soon as you open it, you can smell the very subtle aroma of cinnamon, which is just right for the pre-Christmas atmosphere. The taste is of course dominated by almonds, which are only subtly accompanied by white chocolate and warm notes of cinnamon. The chocolate, as with other butters, tastes great on its own and you can tell thatit is not unnecessarily over-sweetened, as is the case with other producers. All in all, a great product that we will definitely be happy to buy again.
Conclusion
Another Lucky Alvin product that we have nothing to complain about. As much as we were delighted with the combination of hazelnut and milkchocolate, we were thrilled with the almond variant with white chocolate and cinnamon. This offers a real harmony of all the flavours, while making the butter available at a very reasonable price. We rate it 9.8 out of 10 and definitely recommend it to you.
4. Lubojatzky Cream and Crunch

- LuckyAlvin Lubojatzky Cream and Crunch
- Weight: 330g, 40g
- Price: ,
- Our rating: 9,5/10
How we rate the ingredients
The ingredients are a bit more extensive compared to some of Lucky Alvin's other butters, but we definitely have nothing to fault it for. The base is peanuts, which are complemented by white Belgian chocolate, cornand cocoa beans with sea salt. In short, we have absolutely nothing to fault. No unwanted flavourings, no ethers or colourings.
How did we like it?
Lubojatzky Cream and Crunch is an awesome butter that will be especially appreciated by those of you who enjoy crunchy peanut butters. The cornflakes add a new dimension to the butter, and I have to admit thatI also enjoy the presence of salt, which adds a nice touch to the product. The butter is not over-sweetened in any way and has a full and balanced flavour for which we can't recommend it enough.
Conclusion
It doesn't matter if you liked or disliked Pavlina from MasterChef, who is the signatory of this product. Because this butter is simply and simply amazing and once you taste it, you'll see that you'll fall in love with it. It's not over-sweetened, yet it has a full and very natural and unadulterated taste despite the wider list of ingredients in the ingredients. We definitely recommend it and rate it 9.5 out of 10.
5. Sugarfree (hazelnut cream)

- LuckyAlvin Sugarfree (hazelnut cream)
- Weight: 330g, 200g
- Price: ,
- Our rating: 9,5/10
How we rate the ingredients
What can you fault a butter that contains no added sugar? 94% hazelnuts, 6% reduced fat cocoa powder and vanilla from Mauritius. No unnecessary flavourings, preservatives, colourings or other ingredients that could be judged negatively.
How did we like it?
Immediately upon opening, a very pleasant and, above all, natural taste comes to mind, with hazelnuts predominantly evident. If you close your eyes and don't notice the cocoa brown colour, you can hardly smell the chocolate. The consistency of the butter is beautifully creamy and spreads well, for example on pancakes. When we get to the taste itself, it appealed to us because of its naturalness. If you love butters with added sugar, it's really unusual, you don't feel any sugar at all in your mouth, it doesn't gothe flavour of hazelnuts develops very strongly in your mouth and only at the very end is accompanied by the bitter cocoa.
Conclusion
A butter for anyone who likes a natural taste without unnecessary ingredients and substances that distort the taste experience. If you prefer sweet butters, this version will not be for you. And if you're expecting a sweet Nutella substitute, you'll definitely be disappointed. The butter is really intense and the cocoa flavour is extremely bitter. But we were impressed by the butter despite the price of for 200g and we rate it 9.5 out of 10.
6. Cukrfree 2 (coconut butter)

- LuckyAlvin Sugarfree 2 (Coconut Butter)
- Weight: 330g, 200g
- Price: ,
- Our rating: 9,1/10
How we rate the ingredients
The light sugarfree variant is also nothing to fault. The ingredients are nothing but coconut, almonds and vanilla extract. Together, this combination works very well, but you may feel that the sugar-free butter is lacking a little something. If you're expecting a substitute for the popular Coconella, which won our ranking of the tastiest nut buttersyou're going to be very disappointed. But the ingredients are better.
How did we like it?
The consistency is completely different compared to the dark sugarfree version, the butter is not creamy at all ( although both were exposed to the same temperature), but it spreads without any problems. First of all, you will be impressed by the coconut, which is definitely the most prevalent in the product and its scent is the most intense. The same is the case with the flavour, whole pieces of coconut are dominant and very much outweigh the almonds and vanilla. From our point of view, the butter is very tasty and definitely a coconut lover's favourite, but it is a little lacking in sweetener .
Conclusion
Again, I would stress that this butter is by no means for everyone. If you're looking forward to a taste orgasm like Coconel, which we like a lot, you'll be disappointed. But for anyone who likes natural flavors and doesn't want to stuff themselves unnecessarily with simple sugars, this is a clear choice. The price is appropriate considering the quality of the ingredients, as you pay for 200g. I was extremely satisfied with the butter and therefore give it 9.1 out of 10.
7. Peanuts + Vegan Milk Chocolate and Salt

- LuckyAlvin Peanuts + Milk Vegan Chocolate Salt
- Weight: 330g, 40g
- Price: ,
- Our rating: 9/10
How we rate the ingredients
Lucky Alvin is a hugely likeable company if only for what we've covered in our today'sWe've mentioned several times in this article - what they promise in the product name, they deliver in the ingredients. So this butter contains nothing but peanuts, milk vegan chocolate(although the phrase "dairy vegan" seems rather odd) and salt. What can we fault such an ingredient? Nothing at all. On the contrary, we are extremely happy that there are finally butters with chocolate suitable for vegans.
How did we like it?
Although I try to follow the peanut butter market as a big fan of peanut butters, I have not come across a chocolate product for vegans yet. And I have to say that this butter totally exceeded my expectations and if I hadn't seen the name and ingredients, I might not have known that it was a vegan chocolate butter (i.e. chocolate without milk). A big shout out to Lucky Alvin for this outstanding achievement.
Conclusion
Lucky Alvin has really distinguished itself with this butter and I bet it will please a whole lot of vegans. It's really tasty, yet completely free of animal products. What's more, it's available at a really good price, because at just under for a 330 gram pack, it's very nice. Whether you are vegan or not, we can only recommend this butter.
8. Cashews

- LuckyAlvin Cashew ButterName.
- Weight: 330g, 200g
- Price: ,
- Our rating: 9/10
The only ingredient this butter boasts is cashew nuts, which originated in India. This is quite a change in terms of taste, as most manufacturers use cashews from China, which have a slightly different taste. However, in terms of nutritional value and composition, nothing has changed and we have nothing to fault the butter.
How we liked the butter
I have to say that I eat cashew butters with iron regularity and Lucky Alvin is one of the best. They are one of the few manufacturers that actually use the more expensive cashews, and of course that shows in the taste. The butter is intense and has a rather sweet taste, but it still tastes absolutely delicious. So you don't have to worry about added sugars that the manufacturer wouldn't put on the packaging.. It also has, for my taste, a better consistency than peanut creams, goodIt spreads well, but at the same time you can eat the whole spoonful without gluing your mouth.
Conclusion
From my point of view, this butter is a great compromise for anyone who likes unflavoured nut creams but doesn't venture into sugarfree options. I'm used to cashew butters, but this one still managed to impress me for its intense and addictive flavour, which is why I rate it 9 out of 10.
9. Peanuts with dark chocolate

- LuckyAlvin Peanuts + Dark Chocolate
- Weight: 330g, 40g
- Price: ,
- Our rating: 8,7/10
How we rate the ingredients
It may be a bit of a stereotype, but Lucky Alvin's peanut butters are all pretty much the same in terms of composition. The only exception is perhaps the Snickerdoodle variant, which we mention last. This butter is again a combination of peanuts (80%) and dark chocolate, with a cocoa solids content of at least 54%.
How did we like it?
The aroma of peanuts with dark chocolate is very pleasant and intense, so I was looking forward to tasting it. And the butter definitely lived up to my expectations, the dark chocolate flavour is priceless and goes together like few things with the bold peanuts. The butter is not as sweet as others (for example, the already mentioned Snickerdoodle is a truem opposite), so it will definitely please those of you who don't like sweet options. The peanut flavour will stand out very well and flood your taste buds as well as the dark chocolate, which starts to melt away.
Conclusion
Of the 3 peanut butters with chocolate that Lucky Alvin has on offer, the dark chocolate version pleased me the most. It's not as sweet, feels natural and together makes for a hard to resist combination. In short, another Lucky Alvin butter that guarantees thatthat you don't put the spoon down before the butter is an empty wrapper. Moreover, the price of for 330g is perfectly in line and therefore I have no choice but to rate it 8.7 points.
10. Peanuts with white chocolate

- LuckyAlvin Peanuts + White Chocolate
- Weight: 330g, 40g
- Price: ,
- Our rating: 8,5/10
How we rate the ingredients
First of all, the absence of any added sugar should be appreciated, because such butters then do not have in a healthy diet In a healthy diet, most butters with white chocolate do not make much sense and frankly most of them contain extra sugar. Secondly, I like the use of Argentinian peanuts, whose flavour is full and intense. All in all, this is a combination that can't be faulted compositionally.
How did we like it?
Honestly, it is a very thick peanut butter that has a fairly thick consistency. The aroma is very subtle, as is the taste of the butter itself. The fine peanuts without any chunks are very pleasant to eat, the butter is tasty and feels very natural. On the other hand, like most peanut butters, it can very reliably and you may find yourself wishing you didn't want to see peanuts anymore.
Conclusion
Another very good butter with a really mild flavour and hints of vanilla that you'll definitely love too. You'll pay £139 for a 250g pack and for the price we think it's a very good investment. It is a much cheaper product than nut butters, but its uses are just as wide. I definitely recommend it and give it 8.5 out of 10.
11. Peanuts with milk chocolate

- LuckyAlvin Peanuts + Milk Chocolate
- Weight: 330g, 40g
- Price: ,
- Our rating: 8,5/10
How we rate the ingredients
You'd be hard pressed to find a more iconic duo of ingredients than peanuts and milk chocolate. In fact, the vast majority of companies involved in the production of butters have just this type in their repertoire. And that's a definite advantage, because we can also compare with our competitors. Here again we appreciate the absence of added sugars, which is, of course, a common feature of all Lucky Alvin butters. Thanks to the maltitol, these butters really have a minimum of simple carbohydrates and you can munch without regrets.
How we liked the butter
To be honest, I had high expectations for this butter, but I wasn't extremely excited about it. It was one of the last ones I tasted, so my tastes may have been somewhat influenced by the really amazing nut butters in the first two places. The milk chocolate peanuts had a noticeably stiffer consistency compared to the nutpeanut butters, they formed a sticky mass in my mouth and, like the white chocolate, they got overdone very quickly. But flavour-wise the peanuts are very intense, I consider the butter to be one of the best despite the above mentioned minor negativesI think it is the best on the market, with the strong and sweet taste of chocolate it is a very good combination, but it may be too sweet for some people.
Conclusion
Personally, I have come to the conclusion that non-nut butters (even though peanuts are not nuts) suit me much better both in terms of taste and consistency. Still, I've eaten several pounds of peanut butters and this was undoubtedly one of the best I would recommend anyone to try. You also pay for a 330g pack, and even with such a nice price, I rate the butter 8.5 out of 10.
12. Crunchy peanuts

- LuckyAlvin Crunchy Peanuts
- Weight: 330g, 40g
- Price: ,
- Our rating: 7/10
How we rate the ingredients
Evaluating the ingredients of a butter that contains only peanuts is a relatively simple matter. No unnecessary things, no flavourings, colourings or empty calories. Just a nutritionally rich butter that has a full and intense flavor, a smooth consistency and whole peanut pieces.
How we liked the butter:
The crunchy peanuts are definitely not my favorite, I much prefer the smooth butter. Still, this delicacy from Lucky Alvin's tastes decent, the intense aroma is accompanied by a full-bodied flavor that will please any peanut lover. If you don't like the intermingling of nut and chocolate flavours, I definitely recommend opting for this variant. Personally, I wasn't too comfortable with the constant crunch of peanuts on, say, plain bread, so I preferred to eat the butter on its own.
Conclusion
In order to rate the butters containing chocolate, we wanted to taste the peanuts themselves. If you like the natural taste, they are definitely a good choice, but on the other hand, you can't expect any memorable taste experience. There are a couple of trusted companies (including, no doubt, Lucky Alvin) that produce good quality and tasty butters made from good ingredients, and among them, it more or less doesn't matter which brand you prefer. Crunchy peanut butter is therefore, from my point of view, an average butter that does not impress but does not offend. For 330g you pay about , which is a very nice price. I therefore rate it 7 out of 10.
13. Snickerdoodle Peanut Butter

- LuckyAlvin Fitness007 Series Snickerdoodle
- Weight: 330g, 40g
- Price: ,
- Our rating: 6.8/10
How we rate the ingredients
Snickerdoodle is essentially a combination of Lucky Alvin peanut butter and Snickerdoodle flavoured protein, which is made by PEScience. But along with that comes the fact that the butter contains significantly more ingredients than the non-protein versions - here, for example, it's alsoguar gum (thickener), two additional sweeteners in the form of acesulfame K and sucralose, natural and artificial flavours. Of course, the composition is not a disaster, but I personally do not thinkm, for example, that I want to consume artificial flavours from foods such as nut butters. Since I don't seek out proteins with such ingredients either, the butter wasn't much of a treat for me.
How did we like the butter?
You wouldn't be able to tell from the smell that these peanuts were flavored with anything at all. You can tell right away when you taste the first spoonful that something is "squeaking" between your teeth, but the taste itself is quite acceptable. Perhaps a little sweeter for my taste, which is due to the larger amount of different sweeteners. The consistency is also quite stiff, so Snickerdoodle will seal your mouth perfectly. For me, there are definitely better flavours, but I firmly believe that it will find its supporters.
Conclusion
As I mentioned in the flavor review, the butter will definitely find its fans. However, I will probably choose a different one. For one thing, I don't like the extreme sweetness and for another, the protein composition is not what I would ideally like. Not to mention that peanut butter is such a rich source of fat that I don't find it necessary to draw extra protein from it. I will therefore prefer other butters, however, its price is very pleasant at for a 330g pack.
Well, that's it for our review of the best butters from Lucky Alvin. If you also have a favorite, be sure to recommend it to us and others in the comments. Likewise, you can direct all your questions there as well, which we're always happy to answer.
