Although the popular M3/s Pump has been on the market for some time and we have included it in our test of the best pre-workout pumps, I have only just gotten around to writing a separate review.
Is it worth investing in this pre-workout pump or is it just a waste of money? Does it work for the whole workout? What are the pros and cons of no stimulants? Find out the answers to these and many other questions below.

When I first heard about the M3/s pump, I was absolutely thrilled, because these supplements are very popular in the USA, for example, but somehow they were missing here. So here is a short review and the most important information for all of you who are thinking about buying this product.

A great pre-workout for evening workouts
If you go out to work out in the evening, it's not the best idea to use pre-workouts with a high stimulant content (caffeine, taurine, and other substances) that suppress fatigue and lethargy, which impairs falling asleep and the quality of sleep itself.
This is where the m3/s pump comes in, which is perfect for these purposes. In this product you will find 10 active ingredients that will guarantee you maximum nappingvascularity and increased hormone production - all without affecting your nervous system.

How and when to dose M3/s Pump?
The manufacturer divides the dosage of this supplement into a "classic" dose - i.e. one scoop - and a hardcore dose, which is double.
If you weigh more than 85kg, the hardcore dose is probably the better choice. Due to the absence of stimulants, you are not at risk of rapid heart rate or lack of appetite. However, since you will find glycine in M3/s Pump, you should definitely not exceed the double dose, because then it already has a laxative effect.
Personally, I find it absolutely ideal to take one dose of m3/s Pump and one dose of another pre-workout containing stimulants - for example, just with Beast Virus from the same company. I take this pre-workout 15 minutes before a workout, ideally on an empty stomach, as this ensures maximum functionality.
Simple preparation and perfectly fast absorption
The preparation is absolutely simple, the product is well soluble, does not foam or form lumps. The absorption rate is quite difficult to see, as there is no tingling of the limbs or acceleration of the pulse due to the absence of stimulants.
Although I take most pre-workouts with a longer interval before training (most20 minutes), m3/s pumps are sufficient to be taken no more than 15 minutes before training, as it has a really fast onset.

Surprisingly good value for money
With m3/s pumps, I was most surprised by the really good value for money. One pack, which is normally available for , lasts for roughly 50 workouts, which means you spend about per dose. And this is really good considering the benefits that this supplement provides, and investing in it is definitely worth it.
A minor drawback in the composition
As far as the composition is concerned, it has one minor drawback, namely the perhaps unnecessarily high content of AAKG and l-arginine. As we mentioned in our article on citrulline, citrulline has a much better effect on increasing arginine levels than arginine alone.
So to make the product completely perfect, I would add on citrulline content and take away unnecessarily large amounts of arginine. Otherwise, however, its composition is very well tuned, so a lot of substances work synergistically with each other and you will enjoy maximum blood flow during your workout.
What can you find in M3/s Pump "hardcore" dose?
- 5000mg of L-citrulline for maximum pumping and increased ATP levels
- 2000mg of l-ornithine for better growth hormone secretion
- 1000mg A-AKG for maximum anabolic effect
- 1000mg l-arginine for better blood flow and increased hormone production
- 1000mg l-lysine for better hormone production
- 1000mg glycerol for better dilation and vascularity
- 500mg of vitamin C for longer maintenance of muscle pump
- 250mg malic acid to improve performance and delay fatigue
- 250mg of Sabeet® beet extract for increased vascularity and pumping
- 5mg BioPerine® pepper extract for improved absorption of other substances by 30% to 2000%
The only viable option is Long Island Ice Tea
We tried the M3/s pump in two variants, namely Kiwi and Long Island Ice tea. And while we were frankly very disappointed with the former, we were absolutely thrilled with the latter. So you can find detailed reviews of both flavours in the bullet points below:
- The Kiwi variant looked very artificial to my taste, as evidenced by the fact thatThe Kiwi flavour had a sharp red colour, as you can see in the photos. Taste-wise it was only remotely reminiscent of fruit, but on the other hand it was not unnecessarily over-sweetened either, at least when I used more than 250ml of water.
- The Long Island Ice Tea variant was already much sweeter and resembled the iced teas you can find in every supermarket. Unlike these, however, the M3/s Pump is by no means packed with simple carbohydrates. If you like your flavours as natural as possible, you probably won't be happy with this flavour either. But I liked it a lot and I must admit that I didn't just drink it before my workout, but also if I got a craving for something sweet during the day.

Final evaluation of the supplement
I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by m3/s pump. This supplement combines a first-class formula with a good price, and therefore I can only recommend it to all of you. Moreover, when you combine it with Beast Virus, you get a really top-notch pre-workout supplement that allows you to train beyond your limits. The problem, however, is that one such dose comes out to about , which is already quite a high price.
