Magnesium has been gaining more and more popularity lately and this minerall is incredibly important not only for athletes, but also for any otherwise physically active individuals or people under stress. Depending on its form, magnesium can either have a mildly energising effect or, on the other hand, it can slightly help to relax. And it is the latter situation that is the case with a supplement called MagSoothe, which at first glance may shock you a bit with its price tag. As we will try to show you after trying this supplement in today's review, it is a really great product.

Unrivalled composition
Magnesium is so widely used that today you can buy supplements literally for a few crowns even while waiting at the supermarket checkout. So you may be wondering why spend so much money on a supplement that I can get for a few crowns. It's because cheap magnesium supplements (and not just from supermarkets, but often from specialty stores) offer inorganic forms such as magnesium oxide, which has been shown to have very low bioavailability unless combined with other organic forms. On the other hand, among the supplements tested in the aforementioned study was one containing glycinet magnesium lysinate, and this, as you can probably guess, was obviously one of the best available. And this is the form that MagSoothe also contains, so it should be clear from that alone that there is no such thing as magnesium.
In addition to this, the product also contains sodium and potassium bicarbonate, which some sources suggest may aid in magnesium transport. As other ingredients, you might find malic acid, organic raspberry lemonade flavor, silica, monk fruit extract and natural flavor in the product. So the ingredients are well thought out and we have nothing to fault at all.
Very simple preparation
For the purposes of this review, we received MagSoothe in a package that contains 60 individually wrapped servings and we were frankly thrilled with it. So once a day, ideally in the evening, we used a spoon to mix the contents of one sachet in a glass with about 150ml of cold water and simply drank it. MagSoothe dissolves very well and does not even form lumps, so we had absolutely no problem with the preparation. Due to the bicarbonate content, it is logical that the product starts to foam slightly when mixed in water, but this is certainly not a bad thing.
How does MagSoothe taste?
MagSoothe comes in a raspberry lemonade flavour, which, due to the absence of anyof any artificial colouring, it is more or less colourless when mixed in water. It is rather difficult to evaluate the product in terms of taste, as it is certainly not overly pronounced. After dissolving in the recommended amount of water, it is slightly sweetish, whileOf course, you can tell that it is a raspberry flavour, but only very subtly. Although MagSoothe is not at all bitter or sour in taste, it does sting slightly on the tongue. Taste-wise, however, it tastes very good indeed compared to the other magnesiums we've tried.
How did the magnesium work for us?
Since we try to supplement magnesium regularly, we dare say that we didn't get as much out of the possible effects of this supplement as a magnesium-deficient person. We have not suffered from cramps, chronic fatigue or any other problems caused by magnesium deficiency. We were not fully concerned, but what we definitely did notice while taking this supplement was an improvement in sleep quality. We took the magnesium in the evening on an empty stomach and although unlikeor taking one of the sleep supplements, you don't have the immediatethe feeling of fatigue with subsequent falling asleep, we actually had asleeping better and waking up in the morning feeling refreshed. The product therefore does not have the unpleasant "finish" that, for example, melatonin-based supplements sometimes have.
Is it worth the price?
MagSoothe is a great and functional magnesium supplement, but it must be admitted that for a pack containing 60 sachets (and therefore 60 doses) you will pay slightly over , which means that one dose costs . This is of course quite a lot and there is no point in kidding yourself - other products from our comparison best The best magnesium products in our comparison may have a slightly worse composition, but they really cost a fraction of the price. On the other hand, there are ways to save money when buying Jigsaw MagSoothe - firstly, we recommend buying the bulk supplement in a 330 g pack, which, despite the fact that it also contains 60 doses, costs almost 150 crowns less. Secondly, you can also temporarily use our unique discount coded, which we have obtained for you and with which you will save off the price of the bulk magnesium.
The price will still be quite high, but it will definitely be more pleasant. And even more so for a product that is really high quality.
Final evaluation
What is left to say in conclusion? Perhaps just that if you want a really good magnesium that is high quality, functional and you will still enjoy it, we definitely recommend giving MagSoothe a try. On the other hand, if you need to save a few pennies, you can certainly find cheaper supplements. If you're interested in other alternatives, feel free to check out the aforementioned ranking of the best magnesium supplements. But if price is not a deciding factor for you when choosing a supplement and you simply want the best, we definitely recommend trying MagSoothe.
