Mindflow: does it really help with learning and productivity? (Review)

According to the manufacturer, Mindflow should be an all-natural dietary supplement that cane instantly jump-start our minds, delay fatigue and increase our productivity many times over. Thus, it could be classified among the so-called nootropics, which we have already discussed in some detail in this article best smart drugs. In short, these are basically substances that can positively affect the activity of our brain.

Since I had never tried any similar dietary supplement before, I was really very curious to see what Mindflow would showcase. On the other hand, there was still some skepticism left in me and I preferred not to expect any miracles. So what conclusion did I come to? Does it make sense to invest in this supplement? You can find out all about it in this review.

As a college student, I regularly struggle with my own procrastination, so a supplement that promotes productivity and focus seemed like the perfect choice for me to test. So I ended up having the opportunity to try out two types of this dietary supplement, namely Mindflow Focus 2.0 and its caffeine-free version Mindflow Decaf.

The ingredients, which at first glance look great

As it is the case with similar reviews, I'll first break down the composition of this particular supplement. So before I get to its effectiveness, I will try to explain here, at least briefly, what benefits the individual substances contained in Mindflow could actually provide you with.

mindflow composition

Mindflow offers us a combination of a total of 12 all-natural substances, with the composition of decaffeinated version differs from the classic one only by the absence of caffeine and a slightly higher dose of L-thyrosine.

The manufacturer recommends taking two tablets about twenty minutes before the desired effect. One such dose should then contain the following composition and ratio of individual substances.

  • 120 mg of caffeine for a kick and to provide the necessary energy. Caffeine is a chemical that stimulates the central nervous system by acting on adenosine receptors. Therefore, it can delay fatigue for several hours and energize us.
  • 240 mg of L-theanine should serve primarily to calm the mind and alleviate the possible side effects of caffeine. It is a non-essential amino acid naturally found in green tea that calms the body and induces a state of relaxation.
  • 60 mg of Ginkgo biloba to improve blood circulation and blood flow, support brain cell activity and delay the feeling of fatigue, among other things.
  • 20 mg of DMAE is supposed to increase the production of acetylcholine, which is an ester of acetic acid with choline that functions as a neurotransmitter in the body. In short, it should therefore have a positive effect on concentration and therefore also improve learning ability.
  • 200 mg of Alpha GPC, which, like the above mentioned DMAE, is a very important neurotransmitter ensuring sufficient supply of choline to the brain. Alpha GPC should also have a positive effect on our concentration, the speed of our learninglearning and, last but not least, improve our memory or mood.
  • 30 mg of 80% Ginseng extract to support vitality, maintain good mood and its overall positive effects on mental and physical fitness. Ginseng is a special kind of plant that contains a variety of amino acids, vitamins or polysaccharides. The most important component of Ginseng are glycosides called ginsenosides.
  • 100 mg of Guarana extract with a similar function to caffeine, which among other things, Guarana seeds also contain. Guarana also stimulates our central nervous system, delays fatigue, improves physical and mental vitality, and has a positive effect on digestion, among other things.
  • 2 mg of Piperine, which is obtained by extraction from black pepper and is responsible for its pungency. This alkaloid can increase the absorption of substances such as selenium, vitamin B or C, increase the production of digestive enzymes and, last but not least, has antioxidant effects.
  • 130 mg of Rhodiola rosea, which is one of the most important adaptogens that has a positive effect on the nervous system and its use is highly recommended in connection with long-term stress. It is especially recommended for people with mentally or physically demanding jobs.
  • 300 μg of vitamin B12, also chemically called cobalamin, belongs to the group of water-soluble B vitamins. Although it serves primarily as a support for normal energy metabolism, it is also involved in the process of cell division or the formation of red blood cells, among other things.
  • 100 mg of Curcumin can provide our body with a variety of beneficial effects. In addition to supporting the normal function of the nervous system or liver function and digestion, it also has antioxidant effects.
  • 350 mg of L-thyrosine, which is a very important amino acid that helps to improve concentration inIt has anti-catabolic effects and, among other things, promotes good mood and motivation.

Effectiveness and dosage

Even though the above formula alone may give a really great impression, don't be fooled. In fact, with the effectiveness and efficacy of Mindflow itself, it's not so rosy anymore. In testing, in addition to the recommended dosage, which is two tablets, I also tried one tablet or even three tablets at a time and the result? Basically absolutely none, I really have no idea where the mistake was made. As the decaffeinated version of Mindflow didn't impress me at all, my quite extreme caffeine habit won't be the case. So the problem probably lies with the product itself, which I simply didn't feel any effect on me even once while testing it.

mindflow focus dosing

Apart from the zero effect, the size of the tablets themselves, which are really quite large, may also be a problem for some. So whoever has similar problems with swallowing tablets as I do, taking Mindflow will definitely not be pleasant for him.

Affordability

When you buy both Mindflow Focus 2.0 and Mindflow Focus Decaf, you have a total of two options to choose from, namely the 30-tablet pack or the 90-tablet pack. The smaller one will cost you , and the larger one will cost you . With the smaller pack, one dose of two tablets will cost you approximately 32. For the larger one, two tablets will cost about .

Mindflow can definitely not be classified as a completely cheap supplement. Of course, if it worked, such a price would not be a problem. However, due to its almost zero effectiveness, I have to say that investing in Mindflow simply cannot pay off.

Final verdict

Ultimately, I am quite disappointed with Mindflow. I was really hoping that the desired effect would be noticeable at least on the first use, but it wasn't. So I can't help but write that I simply wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Still, it should be remembered that I am only basing this on my personal and rather negative experience. Of course, it is possible that for someone else Mindflow will really fit and work exactly as it should, but I cannot guarantee it.

mindflow reviews

But if you are still interested in Mindflow despite my rather devastating review and you are not too worried about its price, you should definitely try it out. As I wrote above, as a coffee lover and pre-workout pre-workout, I am extremely used to caffeine. So it's quite possible that Mindflow will have a completely different effect on you than on me.

But I'd rather not expect any miracles anyway, because for me there's really nothing to lose. Instead of swallowing two large tablets, I prefer freshly ground coffee. The effect is practically zero even with coffee. But I can at least enjoy a good coffee, unlike the tablets.

Why can you trust us?
