It is based on high-quality hydrolysed bovine collagen, but also on proven ingredients such as glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM, which have been found by many scientific studies to be potentially very beneficial to the health of our joints. In addition, however, the product also contains less typical ingredients such as vitamins C, D and K, turmeric extract with potentialwith potential anti-inflammatory effects, prebiotic fibre, black pepper extract. Of course, we cannot evaluate such a composition in any other way than positively. And if we add to this the fact that no controversial sweeteners such as traspartame or acesulfame K, you get a product that is definitely worth a try in terms of composition.
How is Premium Joint Complex used?
If you've read our previous Minus Age reviews, you'll know that usually the company relies on capsule products. This time, however, they made an exception as Premium Joint Complex contains 30 sachets, each of which represents one daily dose and has 11.62 grams. The contents of this sachet can be poured into water, mixed properly with a spoon and then drunk. The manufacturer recommends using 200 ml of still water, but of course it depends on your taste preferences regarding the intensity of the supplement.
How does joint nutrition taste?
If you've been around the world of sports nutrition for a while, we certainly don't need to remind you of the time when Alavis was hugely popular. And this joint nutrition earned the favor of a huge number of athletes thanks to its composition, despite the fact that it tasted absolutely disgusting. In the case of Premium Joint Complex, however, you will not have to overpower yourself anymore, because the supplement has a peach flavor and it must be said that it is really delicious. Especially in the upcoming hot summer days, we recommend the joint because you will really enjoy the taste. It's just sweet enough, but if you prefer your supplements to be less strong, you'll definitely like to use 300 ml of water instead of 200 ml.
Does this joint nutrition work?
Probably the most important parameter, along with the composition of the joint food, is its functionality. And of course we have to evaluate this very positively in this case, although it should be noted that we do not have any chronic problems of a more serious nature and we use joint nutrition primarily as a preventive measure during strength training.
