And if you haven't come across Minus Age products yet, you can check out some of our previous reviews - for example, we've reviewed their NMN or Melatonin. But for now, let's take a look at the promised demos.

Why use vitamin D3?

As most of you probably remember from elementary school, vitamin D is one of the so-called "essential vitamins" along with vitamins A, E and K. which is a very important group of nutrients in general. Specifically, D vitamin D is indispensable in the absorption of calcium and therefore helpshelps maintain the normal function of teeth, joints, bones and even the immune system. However, it also plays an important role in the process of cell division and, according to some literature, may also play a role in the prevention of depression. In addition to a healthy musculoskeletal system, strength athletes may also appreciate the fact that the dutchman can, in sometestosterone in some cases, which is why it is sometimes found in some testosterone supplements.

How do we rate the ingredients?

When it comes to Minus Age's Vitamin D3, first of all, we should obviously look at the ingredients within this review, which should play a primary role in any supplement. Thus, in each capsule we find 2000 IU (50 μg) of cholecalciferol, while in addition to it, the hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsules also contain microcrystalline cellulose. Although these names may sound a bit convoluted, in practice it is enough to remember that these are completely harmless substances and the product contains nothing to worry about. If you have read, for example, our ranking of the best vitamins in the past D vitamins, you will have noticed that many of the products also contain vitamin K. But you won't find that in the case of supplements from Minus Age. Why? For one thing, they target a wider population than just athletes - and if someone suffers from, for example, blood clotting, they can't take products containing vitamin K. But also, vitamin K is not that deficient and the body can make it on its own. So it is not that the composition is automatically worse, but rather that it is put together differently, and for us this option also makes sense.

How did we take vitamin D?

If you look at the product packaging in slightly more detail, the information given can be quite confusing. Since each capsule contains 2000 IU of vitamin D3, it is plenty sufficient to take it according to the recommended dosage once every two days. In this case, however, a pack of 90 capsules will last you 180 days, which is roughly half a year. So don't be fooled by the fact that the front cover says "90 days of premium anti-aging". We took a capsule every other day and washed it down with plenty of water each time. And it has to be said that we were extremely satisfied with the product, so on our own we see no reason to change the dosage.

What do we say about the price?

Minus Age products are of a very high quality by default, which is of course reflected in the fact that they are slightly more affordable. On the other hand, their vitamin D surprised us very pleasantly, as at the time of writing this review you will pay just 390 crowns for the whole pack. Which is actually not a bad price at all considering that it is a six-month dose. And a big advantage from our point of view is also that each capsule is packaged separately in the blister pack, which guarantees a longer shelf life of the product. And that's really handy for a supplement that you'll keep at home for half a year.

Final assessment: is it worth buying?

What to say in conclusion? Perhaps just that Vitamin D3 from Minus Age is an absolutely great supplement that, while it doesn't contain vitamin K, obviously such a step can make a big difference for a whole lot of people justification and may be a better choice than the slightly more complex products from, say, the aforementioned comparison of the best vitamin D supplements. And although normally products from this brand are quite expensive, this time a six-month dose of the supplement will cost you less than 400 crowns, which is frankly a very nice price. In the end, it definitely makes sense to use the supplement and if you are going to choose it, it makes sense for us to pay extra for a quality product. And that's exactly what Minus Age Vitamin D3 can be.
