Although nuts have many undeniable benefits, many people pay no attention to them and eat them at most a few times a year. What a shame. If you belong to this group, you might want to think about the nuts you havewhich are not only healthy, but also tasty and very versatile. For the purposes of today's review, we were given the opportunity to try pistachio butter from Taste the Nut. How was it? Did we like it? And how to use it? That's what we'll look at as part of this review.
Content of the review
To begin with, it is only necessary to slightly preface that pistachio butter is not exactly traditional, as many manufacturers prefer to producepeanut butters, to which we've devoted an entire ranking of the best peanut butters. But now back to today's review.
Ingredients without a single flaw
First of all, we should take a look at the ingredients of this peanut butter, becausewe consider this to be the most important attribute when choosing the right product. And as far as this is concerned, we have absolutely nothing to fault the butter from Ochutnej nut, because it contains one and only one ingredient. These are dry-roasted pistachios from Iran, so you can look forward to a good portion of whiteand healthy fats, as well as vitamins A, B, C, E or K and a variety of beneficial minerals. We praise the fact that, unlike some competing products, it does not contain pistachios.Taste the Nut butter contains no additives such as palm oil, sugar or salt.
Smooth consistency and versatile use
If you leave the butter at room temperature, you can enjoy a great smooth consistency that makes it easy to spread, for example, on baked goods. In case you like pistachios, you can certainly find a variety of different uses for this cream. You can use it as a health topping for ice cream, stir it into various porridges or yoghurt, use it forYou can also use it to create a variety of baked and unbaked desserts and spread it on pancakes, for example.
How did we like the butter?
How does the pistachio butter from Ochutnej nut taste? Absolutely delicious! As we are very fond of pistachios, we were really impressed with this butter. Thanks to the use of roasted pistachios, its taste is intense, but at the same time completely natural without any distractions. Although we usually manage to resist nut butters, this time we have a fewt had to take a spoon and just indulge in a little of this delicious cream on its own. So we can definitely recommend it for a variety of recipes as well as on its own.
How is it priced?
Pistachios are one of the very popular nuts, but the purchase price is a bit higherthan, for example, peanuts (which are not a nut) or almonds. So it is only logical that pistachio butter will also be slightly more expensive. At the time of writing this review, a 300 gram pack is priced on the official website atmanufacturer's official website for 289 crowns, which from our point of view is a price very similar to the same butters from competing manufacturers. This time, however, we have to say outright that we really enjoyed this pistachio cream and would be happy to buy it again on another occasion.
Worth a try?
We've tried pistachio butter from a number of different manufacturers, but we have to be honest and admit that the one from Taste the Nut was the best for us.We found it to be the best, with a full flavour, a flawless composition and ultimately a relatively pleasant price. So if you love pistachios and are thinking of buying the perfect product, we can recommend the cream from Ochutnej nut with all ten hands.
