After many successful products , Prom-IN has come to the market with a new product Pentha Pro - a multi-ingredient protein containing high quality proteins and no nonsense additives or artificial sweeteners. We didn't hesitate long and decided to try it out for you.
How did it taste? How was it absorbed? Is it worth buying? All this and much more can be found in the following review.
Content of the review
I've always been a bit skeptical about multi-ingredient proteins, because the classic whey protein inalways met my requirements - high biological value, fast absorption and good taste compared to other protein sources. So when Pentha Pro appeared on the market, I remained completely calm.
But gradually the positive reviews from my surroundings increased and I decided to try this protein.
How did it taste? What was its absorption rate? Is it worth buying? All this and much more can be found in the following review.
Surprisingly good composition
Let's face it, most multi-ingredient proteins contain mostly cheap and inefficient protein sources. But that is by no means the case with Pentha Pro.
The following chart shows the representation of the different types of protein in Pentha Pro:
As you can notice, all protein sources are great to use and contain a full spectrum of absorbability - from the fastest hydrolysate to the very slow micellar casein, which is contained in the milk protein isolate. So the first thing that Pentha Pro excels at over the competition is its great formula.
The unique creamy taste
Pentha Pro is available in four different flavours - cinnamon, oat smoothie, Irish chocolate and blueberry.
While I was very impressed with the Irish chocolate and blueberry, I was rather disappointed with the oat smoothie. This is the only flavour that is sweetened with steviol glycosides only and I must say that the slight bitterness is noticeable in the product. Although I like porridge, this protein did not impress me, I found it too bland and bitter.
The Irish chocolate, on the other hand , tasted first class. I would even dare to say that of all the chocolate proteins I have ever tasted, this was the best. The taste of Pentha Pro is natural, creamy and unlike many competing proteins, it doesn't carry the slightest hint of artificial flavours. In the shaker, the protein mixes without the slightest problem and is beautifully thick.
Compared to the flavours of such High Whey80, which you can also find a review of on our website, the taste is not nearly as pronounced, which I found perfectly satisfactory.

A price that won't break your budget
Prom-IN is clear proof that even high-quality products can be made on the cheap. For 2.25kg of Pentha Pro you will pay 1019,- (on discount), which is a very nice price for a protein of this quality.
Moreover, thanks to three different pack sizes, there is something for everyone.
The most important benefits of Pentha Pro in points:
- A blend of the 5 most absorbable protein sources
- Great taste
- Pleasant price
- 28.2g of protein in each serving (40g)
- Ideal product for fat reduction and muscle growth
- Contains the digestive enzymes lactase, papain and bromelain
Premium digestibility
Thanks to its great formula and thick consistency, Pentha Pro was perhaps the first protein that really filled me up. I was initially worried about digestibility because I wasn't used to other protein sources at all, but even that ended up being very good.
TIP: Comparison of the best multi-ingredient proteins on the market!
Not only after training, but also between meals
Pentha Pro seems to be not only a great post-workout supplement, but also a good meal replacement when you have longer gaps between meals. The protein is dense and thanks to the milk protein content, it is filling for a really long time.

Final evaluation
I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by Pentha Pro.
I consider the only small drawback to be the size of the dose. While most protein products are 30g per serving, Pentha Pro is 40g, and therefore the large pack (2.25kg) does not contain the "standard" 75 servings, but only 56.
If you want to try a more natural and healthier protein that is not sweetened with aspartame or acesulfame K, but only health sucralose or (in the case of the oat smoothie flavour) steviol glycosides, Pentha Pro is the perfect choice for you.
