To start off this review, it's obviously worth taking a look at the ingredients of Upgraded Keto Granola. For the sake of completeness, it's worth adding that although we're referring to it as carb-free for the purposes of this review, it does of course contain some carbohydrates. Compared to the competition, however, it's very little - you'd only find some 8 grams of carbohydrates in a hundred grams of the product, the source of which is primarily freeze-dried strawberries. Since the granola is primarily composed of the aforementioned nuts and seeds, it is naturally quite caloric. And with this in mind, it is good to use it as a hearty breakfast - just add a little granola to your breakfast, for example.or Greek yoghurt, or you can use one of the plant-based alternatives. We have to appreciate the great ratio of the different ingredients, which ensures that none of the ingredients dominate the mixture taste-wise. In addition, the balanced taste is also completely natural, which is logical given that the granola does not contain any highly processed industrial foods. In addition, it's worth adding that the granola (in line with expectations) is not unnecessarily sweet, which really suited us. If you prefer a sweet breakfast, the ideal solution is to add yoghurt and granola tofruit, which can also help you start the day well.
How do we rate the price?
At the time of writing this review, a pack of 350 grams of keto granola costs around 250 crowns. And although compared to some of the competing products listed within our comparison the bestgranola, the price may seem relatively high, it is important to remember that it reflects the high cost of the individual ingredients. Indeed, if half of the granola is made up of, say, relatively inexpensive oatmeal, the manufacturer may go relatively low with the price. But since keto granola is mostly nuts and seeds (plus freeze-dried fruit, which is of course is also expensive to produce), it must be clear that the final price will also be a little higher. If you consume, for example, 30 grams of granola per serving, we dare to say that the price is actually very pleasant.
