If you like nut butters, you've probably seen our ranking of the best and tastiest nut butters. But most products tend to rely on tried-and-tested nut varieties like hazelnuts, coconut or even almonds. However, Powerlogy decided to go the less traditional route and added poppy seeds to almonds, which are definitely not a traditional ingredient. And since we were curious about the result, we decided to try their cream ourselves.
Content of the review
At the beginning, it is worth adding that you have already encountered Powerlogy products, for example, in our reviews of Powerlogy Granola or the premium coffee from El Salvador. But now let's get back to the topic of today's review.
A perfect formula that is worth a try
A huge advantage of the Powerlogy brand is that you can always count on a perfect formula. And frankly, the Poppy & Almond Cream is no exception - it contains only quality ingredients. used in such a ratio that the product has great nutritional value and tastes great at the same time. Therefore, poppy seeds, roasted chopped almonds and almond paste top the list of ingredients. In addition, the cream also contains rice oil, cane sugar and one per cent sea salt. Ultimately, the product contains only truly high-quality ingredients and you can be sure that you will not find, for example, palm oil or other potentially controversial ingredients.

How can it be used?
Probably the first use that is offered in the case of this nut cream is, of course, to be sure to use it on its own. And if you're feeling peckish, it can certainly come in handy as it doesn't contain as much sugar and ingredientsIt's really good quality (although that doesn't mean it doesn't contain enough calories, of course). On the other hand, you can use butter in a variety of other ways. In particular, a non-traditional poppy seed cream can be great in variousbaked and unbaked desserts, or even in granola, which can add a really interesting flavour.
How does butter taste?
Unlike many of the other nut butters we review on our website, this cream does not contain chocolate. And we honestly think that's a good thing, because then the butter would be pretty overcombined. Instead, it only contains cane sugar, so the butter is pleasantly sweet (but not overly so) and the flavors of almond and poppy seeds blend well.
How's the price coming out?
In terms of price, at the time of writing this review, one 200 gram pack comes out to 249 crowns. Of course, this may seem like a relatively high price, but again, you need to taket take into account the fact that this is a very high quality product composed of relatively high priced ingredients. If you don't mind paying extra for a quality product, this cream from Powerlogy is definitely worth it.
Final review
What can I say in conclusion? Perhaps only that Powerlogy has come up with a great tasting cream that offers a first classdays formula with quality ingredients that passes all sorts of lab tests. If you don't mind paying a little more money to get a truly premium product, this cream is the one for you.
