Prom-IN is currently one of the few companies that are not afraid to regularly send something completely new and unusual to the market. Thanks to this approach, they have managed to create many unique products of a very high quality over the years. We are incredibly and deservedly curious about each of their new products. With this brand new stevia-sweetened protein it was of course no different.
After the very successful CFM Evolution protein, I was really looking forward to testing this new product. But how did it perform? What makes its composition special? And is it even worth investing in?
Content of the review
Since I consider myself a really big protein consumer, I've had the opportunity to try a lot of them over the years. From proteins from very popular brands like Scitec Nutrition or Extrifit to proteins from slightly cheaper brands like Mutant or MyProtein. So I definitely have a lot to compare with and I can safely say that this new protein from Prom-IN will definitely not be lost in today's huge competition.

Composition and digestibility
The protein source used here is whey protein concentrate processed using the CFM method. Thanks to this method, the natural and unchanged structure of the raw protein itself can be preserved.protein, which does not lose any important sub-components. This is why this method is currently considered the most gentle method of whey protein processing.
As the name of this protein suggests, it is sweetened with stevia, more precisely withsteviol glycosides, which are sweeteners obtained from the leaves of this plant. As stevia is generally considered to be an all-natural and, moreover, safer alternative to artificialI definitely appreciate its use here. In addition to artificial sweeteners, this protein does not contain any artificial colours.
Furthermore, sunflower lecithin is used in this product instead of the more commonly used soya lecithin . Despite its rather negligible amount, however, I definitely consider it a very welcome alternative, given the controversial nature of soy itself.
For better digestibility, we can find in this product, as in Prom-IN CFM Evolution, the proteolytic enzymes papain, bromelain and lactase. In addition, probiotic cultures and the fibre inulin are also used. In order to support digestion and the best possible digestibility, the manufacturer has made a complete and I can personally confirm that I had absolutely no problems with digestibility.

Solubility and nutritional values
The protein dissolved perfectly, both in water and in milk or cottage cheese. Also, there were never any lumps or excessive foam. In my opinion, it also has a very nice creamy consistency that can fill you up very well, at least perceptually.
This protein has approximately 380 kcal per 100 g, with a protein content of around 71 g to 74 g per 100 g. A 40 g serving (two scoops) therefore contains about 29 g of protein, which is not a very high protein content. It is, on the other hand, perfectly adequate for most of us. Of course, the carbohydrate content here depends on the flavour you choose, but in principle it is about 4 to 10 g per 100g.

Ratings for individual flavours
It's quite clear to me that the vast majority of us choose proteins mostly based on taste or price. We often don't care about the nutritional value or a detailed analysis of the protein itself. So let's finally take a look at what you are probably most interested in. First of all, the evaluation of individual flavours. This protein currently has only three flavors available. So what are they?
- Cinnamon Roll (8/10) was the flavour that interested me the most and to be honest I was slightly disappointed with it at first. The pleasant cinnamon flavour here has such a strange aftertaste that it just took me a while to get used to. Over time, however, I have grown to like this flavour anyway, and especially in milk or cottage cheese it tastes absolutely amazing.
- The vanilla latte (8.5/10) was a huge surprise for me, as I don't really like coffee flavoured products. In this case, however, I didn't mind the flavour at all, on the contrary, I found it just great. For vanilla lovers, it might be a bit disappointing, as I didn't really feel the vanilla notes in it. However, if you like coffee flavours, I would definitely recommend giving this flavour a try.
- Strawberry (6.5/10) is a rather watery and bland flavour. I did detect some small hints of strawberry, but it's definitely one of the weaker flavours I've ever tested. I don't recommend this variant too much, as you'll get significantly more sniffles on a cinnamon roll or vanilla latte.

Affordability
So what about affordability? Unfortunately, I see the price of this protein as a major drawback. A kilo pack will cost you , which means that one dose will cost you less than . Considering the quality of very similar proteins such as Prom-In CFM Evolution or the recently reviewed Protein&Co CFM Whey Protein 80, its price is incomparably higher.
Ultimately, I would lean more towards one of the above mentioned products. However, if you still opt for this protein, you certainly won't go wrong and for a slightly higher price you will get a product that matches it.

Final verdict
I definitely consider Prom-IN CFM Stevia Protein to be a very high quality product whose only flaw I see in its relatively high price. However, for those of you who are not afraid to pay a little extra for quality products, this protein is definitely a great choice. For your money, you will get a completely unique protein with a natural composition, pleasant taste and perfect solubility.
After the experience with this protein, I am really looking forward to testing other products from the Prom-IN brand, which for many years, I now know, I have completely wrongly overlooked. Personally, this protein suited me perfectly and I can only recommend it.
