When you say protein, most athletes automatically think of classic whey protein, which ideally made using the cross-filtration method (CFM). However, as time goes on, more and more people prefer chemistry-free proteins, which are often sweetened with, for example, stevia and do not contain unnecessary extra additives. That's why we decided to take a look at Natural Whey from Protein & Co, which really caught our eye some time ago.

At the beginning it remains to add that we have reviewed their flagship product CFM Whey Protein 80 in the past. But now back to the main topic of today's review.
What makes Natural Whey unique?
First of all, we should take a look at the ingredients within our review, which is the most important aspect when choosing a supplement. Specifically, Natural Whey is free of added sugar and unnecessary sweeteners, and is made with milk from free grazing cows and only high quality freeze-dried fruit or, for example, real Italian cocoa was used for flavouring. As with the brand's previous products, you will find a digestive enzyme complex called Opti-7-Digest. In terms of composition, we really have nothing to complain about, because this protein retains an absolutely pure composition without any unnecessary ingredients.
What flavours does it come in?
As we announced in the previous paragraph, primarily freeze-dried fruit was used to flavour this product, which means that you will find mainly fruit flavours on offer. Specifically, we are talking about flavours such as mango, raspberry, banana, or even strawberry or blueberry, which we have chosen for our review. If you don't happen to be a fan of these fruit flavours, you'll have to settle for noI dare say you won't be disappointed.
What is the preparation of Natural Whey?
When it comes to the preparation of this protein, it is good to know that it is no different from other products. And in practice, so you just need to take 30 grams of protein (one scoop) and mix it with 200 ml of cold water or milk. After mixing thoroughly in a shaker or blender, the product is ready to drink and you can enjoyor with ice cubes, which can come in handy during the summer months. The taste is completely natural and fruity, which will be appreciated especially by those of you whowho simply do not like the artificial aftertaste of most classic whey proteins. As for the consistency, there are small pieces of freeze-dried fruit left in the protein, which was unusual at first, but of course it doesn't matter.
How do we rate the price of Natural Whey?
From our point of view, Natural Whey is a great product that can serve as an alternative to classic whey proteins, which can sometimes taste a bit artificial. But of course, you have to take into account that relatively expensive raw materials (such as freeze-dried fruit) will necessarily be reflected in the final price of the protein. At the time of writing this review, you will pay 565 crowns for half a kilo of this product, and between 870 and 940 crowns for a kilo pack, depending on the flavour. This is of course more than many other products, but on the other hand it is compensated by a really good composition.

In conclusion, it perhaps only remains to summarize the important information contained in this review. Natural Whey is a great protein both in terms of composition and taste, and we completely understand that it will appeal to anyone who is short onand well rejects chemical tasting proteins full of artificial sweeteners and other additives that are not necessarily in the product. Unfortunately, however, you have to keep in mind that you'll have to pay a little extra for premium ingredients.and so the protein naturally comes out a bit more expensive than competing products. Nevertheless, we dare to say that it has its own justification and we can only recommend its purchase.
