Pure Elite CFM was one of the first products that the now well-known Czech Virus company launched on the market. Over the course of its existence, this protein has made its way into many different reviews and ratings, including ourand all the experiences of other users have been positive.
In today's review, however, we will try to break down the protein to the last component. So is it worth investing in? In our opinion, is it really as good as other reviews claim? Which flavour impressed us and which disappointed us? You'll find out all that and more in today's review.
Content of the review
Although Pure Elite CFM protein has really gone through many different reviews, we will try to capture this supplement as objectively as possibleas comprehensively as possible so that every potential buyer knows whether or not it's worth investing in. So let's take a look at how the protein met the individual criteria.
The main advantages:
- Great composition
- Perfect digestibility and solubility
- Up to 24g of protein per serving
- Contains a mix of prebiotics and probiotics
- Maximum absorption is guaranteed thanks to a complex of 5 enzymes
- Available in three different flavours
Ingredients that are hard to find on the market
The biggest benefit of Pure Elite CFM protein is its composition. This is because it is not a classic concentrate, but a combination of whey concentrate, which makes up 90% of the product's protein, and whey isolate, which is represented here by 10%. This blend is further enriched with probiotics and prebiotics, which are important components in the health of the intestines and the proper functioning of the immune system. You will also find a complex of 5 enzymes, so maximum absorption is guaranteed.
Easy preparation thanks to perfect solubility
One of the main advantages of Pure Elite CFM is its perfect solubility. Just pour one scoop of protein into a shaker, mix it with 200 - 250ml of cold water, shake a few times and a tasty protein shake is ready. Due to the not very strong taste of the protein, I recommend reducing the amount of water if you like more intense flavours. On the other hand, if you want the protein to be not sweet at all and have just a hint of the declared flavour, you can use more water.
When is the perfect time to buy Pure Elite CFM?
Since Pure Elite CFM provides easily absorbed protein, it is ideal to take it after a workout. This will provide your body with the nutrients needed to repair damaged muscle fibers and subsequent muscle growth. However, you can also use this protein at any time of the day, and it is suitable for many recipes, such as protein cocoa donuts.
The best flavours? Definitely vanilla and chocolate!
Pure Elite CFM Protein is available in three different flavours. To make this review as objective as possible, I decided to try them all. And here is my review:
- The chocolate flavor definitely impressed me the most out of all the flavors. Even though I've never really been into chocolate proteins, I found this one from Czech Virus to be absolutely delicious.I found it very natural, tasty and much less sweet than the other two. I also have to appreciate the consistency, as this protein is nowhere near as dense as, say, Extrifit proteins. I can definitely see myself drinking this protein during the day and being able to drink the entire packet without getting "overfed".
- The vanilla flavour was quite sweet, instead of the usual 300ml of water I had to use 100ml more to suit the taste. While some manufacturers try their best to make the most vanilla-like vanilla (and thus use lots of flavourings), Czech Virus stands out from the crowd. This vanilla is definitely not bursting with vanilla flavor, but it just has that hint of vanilla, but that's exactly what I like and I was extremely happy with it.
- The coconut flavour was also very pleasing to me. As with the vanilla, I had to use 100ml more water than usual, but there was a noticeable flavour from the proteinand the taste of coconut (again, not too aggressive) and I really enjoyed drinking my post-workout dose.
Absolutely price appropriate
We probably won't dwell too much on the price of Pure Elite CFM in this review. Suffice it to say that when you buy a 2.25kg pack you pay per dose, and when you buy a kilo pack you pay less than . This is a perfectly adequate price for a protein of this quality. Of course, cheaper proteins are also available, for example CFM Evolution, the winner of our independentour best whey protein test, but the bulk of the quality products are also much more expensive.
Final evaluation
I rate Pure Elite CFM very positively. It surprised me not only with its composition, but also with its pleasant solubility and easy digestibility. I consider the taste of the coconut and chocolate variants to be a minor drawback, but on the other hand it is nothing that cannot be overcome.
If you're looking for a truly excellent value for money protein, Pure Elite CFM is the obvious choice. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative, you can choose, for example, the aforementioned CFM Evolution, which we also have a whole review about on the site.
