1. Almonds and white chocolate

- Full name: Butter Almond-White Chocolate
- Weight: 190g/330g/1000g
- Price: / /
- Our rating: 10/10
How do we rate the ingredients?
This butter is made up of two basic ingredients and two ingredients only. Almond, which accounts for 75% of the product, and white chocolate, which is glazed...made of cocoa butter, cane juice and milk powder. Although some other manufacturers use sweeteners with a lower calorie content, this butter has onlych 11g of simple sugars, which I think is a more than acceptable tax for a taste that is truly natural and free of any chemical ingredients.
How did we like the butter?
Right off the bat, I have to admit that the combination of almonds and white chocolate is exactly what I was missing from the competition, because manufacturers usually combine almonds with dark or milk chocolate. Taste-wise, however, the butter tasted absolutely fantastic. I've tasted, both within and outside of our reviews, dozens of different butters, but taste-wise, this is the sovereign best. I have to really appreciate that despite the sweeter taste, it retains a complete naturalness, as a lot of butters already feel a bit artificial. The almonds and white chocolate are a brilliant and very delicate combination that makes it impossible to put the spoon down while there's still a little left in the glass.
Final assessment
Almond and white chocolate is, in my opinion, one of the best butters you can get on the market. No unnecessary ingredients, no taste spoiling additives and no unnecessary simple carbs. Instead, you can enjoy a complete taste orgasm. Our entire editorial team has tasted this butter and, frankly, there is no one who doesn't like it. Without a doubt one of the best investments you can make to please your taste buds.

2. Hazelnut and chocolate

- Full name: Hazelnut Chocolate Butter.
- Weight: 190g/330g/1000g
- Price: / /
- Our rating: 10/10
How do we rate the ingredients?
Again, another butter that is made up of non-chemically treated ingredients such as roasted hazelnuts, which make up 67% of the butter. You'll also find seventy-five percent chocolate taking up 25% of the butter, with the rest being dried cane juice and Himalayan salt. This is, in short, a composition we have nothing to complain about. Again, I must also appreciate the fact that the manufacturer maintains good nutritional values, although this time it already gets down to 15g of simple sugarswhich is not ideal for exercisers with a strict diet, but otherwise you can be sure that you will not regret tasting this butter.
How did we like the butter?
Another ingenious butter, for which I must especially appreciate the use of 75% chocolatechocolate, because it gives a very intense and slightly bitter taste, which I personally really love. When combined with hazelnuts, which are also quite subtle in taste on their own, it makes another very heady combination. I wasn't as excited about it as the white chocolate and almonds, but it still comes out taste better when compared to the competition, as it is not only more intense, but usesthe chocolate used is very balanced in flavour and there is no interference in the butter. There is no disturbing element in the butter, so again, you will need a great deal of self-denial to even put the spoon down.
Final assessment
If I were to criticise the butter at all costs, it would definitely be the higher sugar content. I personally didn't mind it though, as my current diet has similar beliefsI was completely satisfied with the butter and would happily order it again.

3. Espresso

- Full name: Espresso Butter
- Weight: 190g/ 330g
- Price: /
- Our rating: 9.5/10
How do we rate the ingredients?
The base of this butter is roasted almonds, which are further supplemented with roastedThe almonds are enriched with roasted peanuts, dried cane juice, coffee and Himalayan salt. From my point of view, this is again a very good composition, which I find a little disappointing only because of the low coffee content, which accounts for only 3% of the butter. For someone who doesn't drink coffee, this is more than enough, but since I really love the taste of coffee, I could easily tolerate more.
How did we like the butter?
I usually try to taste test butters without studying the ingredients. However, if I didn't know that this variant was called Espresso, I wouldn't have recognized the coffee flavor at all, even though I was really looking forward to the coffee-infused butter. The taste is sensational, I really appreciate that it is not sweet at all compared to competing butters. Also its consistency is optimal, the butter spreads very well on pastries for example. The flavours of almonds, peanuts and cane juice mingle sensationally in the mouth, so you won't want to put down the spoon. I also like the addition of salt, which brings out the flavour of the nuts much more. Unfortunately the lacklustre amount of coffee is a little disappointing for me.
Final evaluation
In the back of my mind, I might even wish that there was something to criticize about Šufánek's butters and that I didn't have to keep repeating words of praisely, but Espresso is "unfortunately" another butter that you'll love the taste of, even if you don't smell the espresso twice. The flavour of the butter is quite natural, the combination of nuts more than well chosen and the Himalayan salt finishes the whole product off with a great taste.

4. Nut Granola Butter

- Full name: Nutty Granola Butter.
- Weight: 190g/ 330g
- Price: /
- Our rating: 9.5/10
How do we rate the ingredients?
Finally a butter with more than two or three ingredients! Granola Butter is a great combination of oats, pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds, coconut and hazelnuts. Furthermore, only cinnamon, salt and honey were used for flavouring, so no kitchen sugar or other unnecessary ingredients. You would honestly be hard pressed to find a butter like this on the market, but it is absolutely delicious in its composition, usingThe ingredients used provide a wide range of health benefits and taste great too.
How did we like the butter?
Before tasting it, I was surprised by two things, the colour and the smell. The colour is greenish due to the use of pumpkin seeds, which may not be a good colour for some people.but that all changes with a sniff, because you are overwhelmed by a very intense smell of coconut. In terms of taste, you will either love or hate the butter, precisely because of the pumpkin seeds, which have a very specific and slightly bitter taste. From my point of view, the whole blend seems very balanced, and will definitely appeal to anyone who likes natural-tasting butters without any additives. You can't taste the flakes or nuts in any significant way, it's really dominated by pumpkin seeds, coconut and honey, which is a very unusual but very good combination that I can only recommend.
Final evaluation
As with the combination of almonds and white chocolate, I have to give credit to the creativity of the manufacturer, becauseThis is the second butter I have never seen anything like it, but it makes sense to me. The gluten-free oatmeal, pumpkin seeds, whose health benefits are increasingly debated, and the combination of nuts create a not only the perfect flavor, but also an absolutely optimal consistency that will allow you to spread the butter on your bread every morning without any problems.

5. Cashew Butter 100%

- Full name: Cashew Butter.
- Weight: 190g/330g/1000g
- Price: / /
- Our rating: 9.0/10
How do we rate the ingredients?
What could possibly be faulted with a butter made up of one and only one ingredient? Probably nothing. Cashews are one of my favourite nuts, but apart from the great taste they provide a whole spectrum of health benefits - for example, they contain a large amount of magnesiummanganese, copper, phosphorus and B vitamins, which have a very positive effect on digestion and proper metabolic function.
How did we like the butter?
A butter made up entirely of cashew nuts does not, to be honest, provide such a strong flavourbut if you like the completely natural and undisturbed taste of nuts, you will love it. I myself have to appreciate the particularly great consistency of the butter, as it spreads very well on pastries, for example. The flavour itself is very intense and slightly sweet, so the butter is great for driving away sweet cravings, even though paradoxically it contains very few simple carbohydrates.
Final evaluation
Although it might seem that there would be no difference between 100% nut butters from different companies, the difference is quite noticeable. The origin of the nuts is a key criterion, as different countries may grow nuts with a slightly different spectrum of macronutrients. In practice, this is mainly reflected in the taste - some cashews are more sweet, others are bland and so on. But this butter from Shufanek is just plain and simply perfect and I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Coconut and almonds

- Full name: Coconut-Almond Butter
- Weight: 190g/330g
- Price: /
- Our rating: 9.0/10
How do we rate the ingredients?
In the last place of today's comparison, we've kept the butter that Even in a tough competition, it can hold its own very well, but it does fall slightly behind the others. It is made up of two ingredients- coconut pulp, which accounts for 60%, and almonds, which account for the remaining 40%. Unfortunately, coconut fat contains a large amount of saturated fatty acids, the health effects of which are often overstated.
How did the butter taste?
Although I initially thought that the combination of coconut and almonds could not surprise me, this butter convinced me otherwise. In fact, the two ingredients are in absolutely perfect proportion in terms of flavour, so that you can clearly and distinctly taste them both, but at the same time one does not interfere with the other in any way. Of course, the coconut is a bit more noticeable in terms of aroma, but in terms of flavour, the result is a truly balanced mixture that I have nothing to fault.
Final assessment
A very good and well balanced butter in terms of taste , but unfortunately the overall impression is spoilt by the high coconut content. This is not a problem in terms of taste, quite the contrary, but I would not recommend the butter for everyday consumption due to its high saturated fatty acid content.

What about whole nuts from Šufánek?

The package we received from Šufánek included whole nuts that were salted. And although I initially thought that I wouldn't be able to tell the difference compared to the various supermarket nuts, I eventually did. The nuts, especially the cashews, are much more intense and what I especially appreciate is that they are not over-salted. From my point of view, a very good alternative to various unhealthy chips, bars and who knows what other nonsense. Of course, nuts do contain calories, and not a few, but if you compare the content of healthy fats and micronutrients (i.e. vitaminsand trace elements) with fried oil and huge amounts of salt, nuts are always a much better choice.
Well, that's it for our review today. I have to be honest and admit that I was absolutely delighted with Shufanek's butters, as was the rest of our team.
