Meta+ by Vayu: The best helper for strict diets

I've already introduced the German brand Vayu recently in my review of their best quality protein Final Protein, so I don't think it needs any more introduction.
The only thing I will mention here is that Vayu really does make the best, highest quality and in my opinion the most original dietary supplements that we can find on the Czech market. I myself have become a big fan of theirs lately and if I overlook the high prices of their products, the whole German brand is almost flawless.

The composition, which is based on three synergistic ingredients

Meta + relies on the old tried and tested classics. Everything relies on the well-known synergistic trinity of green tea, caffeine and synephrine, which is nowadaysunique today because every manufacturer is trying toalways impress with dozens of different ingredients, but in the end, they don't havebecause they are in such small quantities that their effect is nil. That is why I like the idea of the Vayu brand very much.
At first glance, I can see that the doses contained are really functional (not to mention thatthat you can adjust them yourself according to your own preferences) and you can really feel their effect. There have been countless studies done on caffeine, green tea and synephrine that have turned out very favorably for their synergy and fat burning ability. For me, this is really all you need to achieve your dream physique.

But to describe each substance individually in a little more detail, I'll start with green tea extract. The functional component of green tea is a substance called EGCG, which is found in green teais the most important for us to experience all the benefits that we should feel. With Meta+ we find this ratio quite high, but more importantly you can dose it yourself as you need it.
Green tea helps to harness energy from fat and as I mentioned it works synergistically with caffeine and synephrine. It is also a great antioxidant and has a positive effect on blood sugar levels, for example.

I certainly do not need to introduce or describe caffeine to you, its effects are very well known to all individuals and even to ordinary people. In short, it increases performance, alertness, energy, strength, fat burning and much more.

In the last row in the composition we can find bitter orange extract (synephrine). It is naturally found in citrus fruits, especially in wild orange. It has a thermogenic effect on fat burning and together with caffeine it perfectly complements each other for maximum effect.
Thanks to the addition of bitter orange extract, other substances contained in the extract also appear in the composition of Meta+. One of them, for example, is Naringin, which also supports fat burning. In addition, the extract also contains for example Quercetin dihydrate, which is supposed to act as an antioxidant and support metabolic functions. It should be noted, however, that this form of Quercetin is poorly soluble and difficult to use, so it is rather meaningless in the product only as a by-product.

Thorough preparation in a shaker is a must

I followed my own intuition when consuming Meta+. Most of the time, I always mixed about 8-10g of the mixture in total in 750-1000ml of water. After several days of testing, I came to the conclusion that this ratio is the best in my opinion.

The solubility of Meta+ was absolutely no problem, no lumps formed and the whole mixture was dissolved almost instantly (assuming you prepare the drink in a shaker). I have also tried preparing the drink classically in a glass using a spoon, but here there was a big problems in terms of solubility and it was rather disappointing, so I recommend using a shaker.

No foam formed during the preparation and the drink was ready for consumption immediately.

The effect you will only feel at higher dosages

Since Meta+ contains only 50 mg of caffeine in one small 4 g dose, you will hardly notice the effect unless you are a heavy drinker.unless you are an individual who is hypersensitive to even a minimal dose of caffeine (which is rather unlikely).

Because of this small problem, you need to increase the dosage a little according to your own needs. The typical dose for preworkouts or burners, as far as caffeine is concerned, is usually 200 mg, which here would work out to a total of 16 g of the whole mixture. (I usually took 10 g of Meta+, which I combined with another product, be it a preworkout or another burner, to reach at least 200 mg)

I generally consumed Meta+ on an empty stomach to ensure maximum absorption of all the active ingredients. This was roughly 60 min after the last solid meal and also 60 min before the start of the workout.

Within 30 minutes after consumption, all the substances started to be slowly absorbed into the body and I felt pleasantly energized during the warm-up series. The big advantage of this product is that you won't feel any crash effect after taking it, as it happens with many preworkouts or burners. You will feel the energy you get from Mety+ for a longer period of time and the decline will be gradual.For this reason, it is also very suitable for simple sipping during the day, for example, instead of coffee or tea for a mild boost.

A fine-tuned taste that I look forward to every day

I stuck to one dose of 8-10g, which I mixed in 750-1000ml of water, which I found to be a perfectly adequate amount.

The resulting drink wasn't over-sweetened, the taste was beautifully distinctive, not artificial, maybe a little bitter, but I personally found that very satisfying. The more often I used Meta+, the less bitterness I felt and, to be honest, I don't even notice it now.

There is no chemical aftertaste, the taste seemed natural to me with both variants. I really looked forward to it every day, I'd say it was quite addictive (at least it was for me).

• The orange/mango was definitely my favourite of the two variants, even if it was only by a whisker.
  As I wrote before, there was no chemical aftertaste at all, the sweetness was high, and after tasting it on the tongue it created aI personally very much welcomed and enjoyed it, but unfortunately I don't think it will suit everyone. Because of this bitterness, I would liken the flavour more to a red, bitter orange.
  Subjectively, I can say that I found this variant as natural as possible and very addictive. To this day, I sip it daily and can't get enough of it, which is why I give it a definite 10/10.
• The lemon tea is definitely fighting for the top spot along with the orange/mango flavour. I didn't feel anything chemical here either, the sweetness was also high, and the bitterness here was very similar to the last flavour. On the other hand, there was a nice lemon. I would compare this flavour to the Nestea black lemon tea that is commonly available in shops. Here again I was delighted with the flavour and to this day enjoy this teaand I can't get enough of it, so I also give it a full 10/10 rating.

Vayu did not disappoint, the price is really high

The manufacturer produces Meta+ in a 360g pack, which costs 759,- .

The manufacturer states that one whole pack contains 90 whole doses, which sounds lovely doesn't it?However, it doesn't add that it's 90 doses only if you're taking just plain4g of product, which is only 50mg of caffeine and a minimum of stimulants (not really felt by even the biggest hyper responder). In this case, one dose will cost you a total of 8,-.

However, if we stick to some realistic value, let's say for example the classic proven dosage of 200 mg of caffeine per serving. In this case, one dose will be 16 g of the product and will cost you 32,- , which will be very expensive. All of a sudden there are just under 23 doses in one pack, that went fast, didn't it. Not to mention the fact that with a single 16g dose, the resulting dose will beThe result will be extremely sweet (extremely bitter for some), hence the need to increase the volume of water.

It is for this reason that I definitely do not rank Meta+ among the cheapest fat burners, quite the opposite.

Final evaluation

This brings us to the end. So is it worth investing in Meta+ from Vayu? For me, definitely yes!

I know the price is above the normal standards when it comes to fat burners, but in my opinionIn my opinion, this fact can be overlooked when you factor in the versatility that Meta+ offers. I myself went through a diet during my testing, and I couldn't get enough of the taste of the resulting drink, which I really drankseveral times a day, and it helped me tremendously, both in burning fat and in driving away cravings for unhealthy, sugary foods.As a result, Vayu delivers a totally unique fat burner with impeccable taste and effectiveness that is undeniable. The only big minus is the price, which is very high, as is usual with the German brand Vayu.However, if you get over this fact and buy the product, I guarantee you that you will definitely not regret it.
