There can be no doubt that joint nutrition is extremely important for many strength athletes as a preventive measure. However, choosing the right joint nutrition may not be so easy and there are many products in this regard. How does Vilgain Joint Support fare among them? That's what we decided to take a look at in this review.
Content of the review
At the beginning it remains to add that this supplement is also part of our comparison of the best joint nutritioniv, so if you are interested in a comparison with the competition rather than a separate review, feel free to check out the ranking. But now back to the actual review.
Perfect formulation
While, for example, the composition of proteins from different brands can still be quite similar, joint nutrition can vary quite substantially across brands. Some people rely on a hefty serving of collagen, others are more likely to trust ingredients like chondroitin or glucosamine. Vilgain, however, takes the best of both worlds and contains both beef and chicken grass-fed collagen, but also eggshell collagen, the aforementioned chondroitin and glucosamine, MSM, boswellia serrata or vitamin C. This supplement is also unique in containing Curcumin C3 Reduct, which is a hydrogenated form of turmeric with better absorption compared to classically used turmeric sources.
As for the other ingredients, it is worth saying that Vilgain Joint Support contains only chicory fiber, steviol glycosides for sweetening, beetroot and beta carotene. Despite the fact that the product is available in papaya flavor, you won't find any artificial flavors, flavorings or anything like that in it. In short, it is a completely pure product that contains no unnecessary stuff.
Hassle-free preparation and good solubility
What we have to highlight about Vilgain Joint Support is, among other things, its very easy preparation. We appreciate that it is a loose product, because capsules can be very inconvenient (and a clear proof is, for example, the joint nutrition Animal Flex). In this case, just take one scoop containing 12 grams of product, mix it in about 250 ml of water and drinkWe decided to follow the manufacturer's recommendations and use this dose before sporting activity. It is logical, however, that with joint nutrition the key is long-term useand therefore it is appropriate to take it even on a non-training day - for example, before walking or any other activity. We also appreciate the fact that you don't have to spend a lot of time on this joint food.shaker, as it dissolves easily with the use of a spoon.
Great taste
If you've tried Alavis in the past, for example, we probably don't need to explain at length that good taste is by no means a given with joint nutrition. However, Joint Support has got it right and although papaya is the only flavour available, taste-wise I have nothing to fault it. It's pleasantly refreshing, not unnecessarily over-sweetened and doesn't feel artificial either, which is appreciated.
Is it worth using?
It's important to remember that joint nutrition is not primarily a miracle food.m drug that will work who knows what miracles for advanced musculoskeletal conditions. Rather, it is a suitable prevention for active individuals - regardless of whether you are an athlete or have a demanding manual job, for example. I have also used Joint Support primarily as prevention, although, like any athlete, I have had occasional minor problemsproblems with my knees or lower back, for example, caused by overuse during training and work. After about a month of using this joint nutrition, I noticed that the occasional pain had completely disappeared and no longer limited me in my workouts.
How is it doing price-wise?
One pack of Joint Support contains 30 doses and you will pay 649 crowns for it at the time of writing this review. This means that one dose comes out to just under 22 crowns, which we think is a really good price considering the loaded formula. To give you an idea - the Joint Care Drink from Prom-In, reviewed by us, comes out to about 27 crowns when purchased at full price, and these joint nutrition products are comparable in terms of quality. This is also the reason why we have placed them together in the top two places in our ranking of the best joint nutrition products. For us, this product is well worth the price-quality ratio and therefore we really recommend you to try it.
Conclusion
Joint Support is a quality supplement that doesn't have a single flaw. It tastes good, its formula is effective and without any unnecessary additives, e.g.It is prepared without any problems and to make matters worse, it doesn't break the bank either. So, if you are an active athlete or a person with a demanding physical job looking for support for your joints, we dare say that you would be hard pressed to find a better product.
