The heart of the product is ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate (WPC) at low temperatures. It comes from the milk of free-range cows that are grass-fed on Irish farms for at least 10 months of the year.
Such milk has a more favourable fatty acid composition compared to milk from cows that fed on compound feed, which is reflected in the resulting quality of the whey protein. The cows are also raised more ethically and in more favourable conditions than those on conventional farms.
