Extract of the fruit of the ground anemone 40:1 (Tribulus terrestris L., standardized to 40% protodioscin) 300 mg, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agent (sorbitol, calcium phosphate), zinc
(zinc oxide, 100 % RHP) 10 mg, colour (titanium dioxide).
RHP - Reference intake value.
Adults take 1 capsule daily preferably with food, with sufficient water. Take 30 - 60 min before training or during the day or to support normal recovery before bedtime.
