Micellar casein is a milk protein concentrate containing micellar casein and whey protein in the same ratio as skim milk 80:20.

The slow and sustained release of amino acids from micellar casein into the bloodstream can take up to 7 hours after ingestion. For this reason, micellar casein is an excellent choice for use at bedtime as a highly anti-catabolic supplement with a slow release of amino acids throughout the night.

Micellar casein contains a high percentage of L-Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in human muscle tissue, as well as high levels of branched chain amino acids BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine).
Micellar casein contains high amounts of protein fractions such as Beta-Lactoglobulin, Alpha-Lactoalbumin, Glycomacropeptide, Immunoglobulin, Bovine Serum Albumin, Lactoperoxidase, Lactoferrin.

Recommended dosage:
