FORSLEAN®
ForsLean® contains a patented extract from the roots of the Coleus forskohlii plant that is standardized to 10% forskolin content. Forskolin has traditionally been known for its wide range of benefits, however, its activity as a non-adrenergic has gained the attention of scientists stimulator of the enzyme adenylate cyclase, which has a supportive role in weight management and the promotion of lean muscle mass. Adenylate cyclase is an enzyme involved in the production of cAMP (Cyclic Adenosine Monophosphate). This cAMP facilitates the action of various hormones and bioactive substances in the body (e.g. insulin). By facilitating hormonal action, cAMP can contribute to increased metabolic rate and thermogenesis. An alternative function of increasing cAMP leads to the activation of the enzyme protein kinase. This activates an enzyme called hormone-sensitive lipase, which is involved in the breakdown of triglycerides - these are known as the building blocks of adipose tissue.

GARCITRIN®
GarCitrin® is a standardized extract derived from the dried fruit peels of Garcinia cambogia and is a standardizedn for a minimum of 50% (-) hydroxycitric acid (HCA) and a minimum of 5% Garcinol. The mechanism of action of HCA on fat regulation has been revealed by investigating the Krebs cycle. Biosynthesis of fatty acids occurs naturally in the Krebs cycle by the following mechanism. Glycolysis breaks down glucose into pyruvate. Pyruvate is decarboxylated to form Acetyl Coenzyme A in the mitochondria. Oxaloacetate combines with Acetyl Coenzyme A to form citrate in the mitochondria. The citrate moves into the cytoplasm and is converted to Acetyl Coenzyme A by citrate lyase. Acetyl coenzyme A is converted to Malonyl coenzyme A and further forms fatty acids. HCA competes with citrate to produce results that offer significant weight management benefits.
BIOPERINE®
BioPerine® is a patented black pepper extract standardized to contain a minimum of 95% piperine. The spicy or hot taste of pepper is well known. This perception of heat is in fact a manifestation of the biological activity of certain active compounds in pepper, the most important of which is piperine. This extract has been used for over 20 years and is one of the best piperine extracts on the market. BioPerine® can be used as a bioactivity enhancer for various nutrients. In general, it has been found to improve nutrient absorption by at least 30% (e.g. Coenzyme Q10 31.8%, Vitamin C by 52.3%, etc.). Clinical studies here.
